I no longer have access to my old email which is preventing me from logging in due to verification issues. I need assistance updating my email address from the old one ([redacted]) to the new one ([redacted]). I have been trying to contact customer service by phone without success. I have been a Credit Karma user for a while now. About 2 months ago, I logged in to find that all my accounts were closed and it said I was deceased. I contacted Credit Karma immediately, and the issue was fixed the next day. Despite repeatedly stating that I no longer needed help through their emails, I recently received a notification that my account was now closed. Frustrated, I tried the chat support but was told they couldn't do anything and that I had to create a new account. When I requested a supervisor, I was denied. Now, when I try to make a new account, my information isn't recognized. This is Credit Karma's mistake, and I am at a loss for what to do next. I feel like I have no way to address this problem and it is causing me significant distress.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] tax returns that were transferred to Cash App. Resetting my password is impossible, as the thumbprint login I use for Cash App does not work for the tax return link. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I am frustrated. I need my taxes emailed to me, and I insist on speaking with a person. If this is not resolved, I will consider ending my service. It was wrong to sell my taxes without addressing these password issues and denying me access. A lack of human support is unacceptable.

On May 11, [redacted], I made a $4,[redacted] payment towards my Visa-Chase Marriott Bonvoy account ending in [redacted]. However, this payment has not yet reflected on my account balance. I reached out to customer service and was informed that it could take up to 30 days to investigate and resolve this issue, which I believe is unacceptable. It is frustrating to see delays in updating my account when prompt payment is crucial. I have been diligently managing my credit card debt, mainly using it for travel purposes only. On June 10th, I used my Credit Karma debit card at Dollar General in Eden, NC [redacted]. Later, at Walmart, I realized my card was missing and my fiance had to use her card for the purchase. Upon returning home, I discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on my card, suspecting it was lost or stolen, possibly at Walmart. Despite reporting it immediately and requesting a new card, my dispute claim was denied. The transactions, notably at a snack/drink machine, were not made by me, and it is frustrating that I am not being reimbursed for these unauthorized charges. I am considering withdrawing my funds from Credit Karma if this issue is not resolved promptly. It is disappointing that such fraudulent activity is not being addressed properly. A resolution to this situation is imperative to maintain my trust in their services. Thank you.

A few months back, I contacted your customer service regarding my driving score reward. I participated in the driving score challenge in November and earned a score of 93, entitling me to a $50 reward. However, my Credit Karma account was closed, and despite being promised an Amazon gift card as an alternative, I have yet to receive it in the seven months since. I would like my reward to be deposited into my Cash App or one of my bank accounts since my Credit Karma account is now closed. This issue has persisted for too long, and I have exhausted all attempts at contacting you through email with no success. I would appreciate a resolution soon.

I have always diligently managed my finances and have never missed a payment in over 20 years. Recently, I discovered through Credit Karma that I had a missed payment on a Discover card that I was not even aware of because I never received a bill. This oversight has caused my credit score to drop by over [redacted] points, which is very concerning to me. I have contacted Discover, but they claim there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. It is frustrating that a small $10 charge on a bill I never received could have such a significant impact on my credit. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and improving my credit score back to its accurate standing.

I noticed that you have marked my J C Penney account as closed, but it remains open as it has been paid off. There was fraud on my T J Maxx account which has drastically affected my credit score due to the fraudulent activity. Additionally, all of my credit accounts have recently decreased without any adjustment to my credit score. I diligently pay my bills on time, and it feels unfair that my credit score is not reflecting these changes. I may not have as much debt as others, but that doesn't mean I should be penalized. I recently paid off my debts to Tulsa Teacher's Credit Union and Synchrony Bank, and Credit Karma has not updated my credit score to reflect this. I kindly request that you verify the information with Synchrony Bank to acknowledge the changes in my financial status. However, on 7/10/23, it appeared on Karma Drive at 1:19 and then again at 1:35. I have already informed the relevant officer about this, and he has asked for more information to aid in tracking down my truck. I recently noticed an error regarding my collection amount on Credit Karma. It incorrectly shows my collection at $[redacted], when it should be $[redacted]. I am concerned as this mistake is negatively impacting my credit score. Upon clicking the "see details" tab, it correctly states the collection at $[redacted]. I attempted to call and resolve this yesterday, but was informed I would be contacted via email, which has not happened yet. If this is not rectified promptly, I will have to escalate this issue. I have been a long-time member of Credit Karma but am currently experiencing trouble logging into my account. I've attempted to reset my username and password without success, and now it shows that my account is deactivated. I am incredibly frustrated and unsure of what steps to take next. Yesterday, I visited your website and noticed that there was incorrect information saved in my profile. I attempted to rectify the error, but unfortunately, I could not find a way to do so on your site. Furthermore, I couldn't find a contact number to call for assistance, which seems unreasonable, especially considering the potential negative impact on one's credit history. Today, when I checked again, the issue was still unresolved, and I couldn't find a solution to address it. If it remains impossible to edit information as crucial as what I have mentioned, I will uninstall your app, inform your advertisers of my decision and reasons, and caution others online about the risks associated with your service.

I recently noticed on my Credit Karma account that a mortgage lender supposedly checked my credit for the lowest rates, even though I am not currently in the market for a mortgage. I attempted to reach out for assistance in ensuring that my account is secure, but was asked to pay a fee just to speak with a representative. I find this situation unfair and concerning, as my account's safety could potentially be at risk. Charging for information regarding the security of my account feels unjust.

I saw on the Credit Karma app that the Advent credit card had excellent approval odds. After applying and being declined, I now have an additional hard inquiry on my credit report. I am experiencing difficulty changing my linked bank account for Money Spend. The account I previously linked through Credit Karma is closed. When attempting to link a new bank account, it initially shows as successful but then displays an error message stating, "oops we hit a snag on our end." This issue needs to be resolved urgently as the current linked account is no longer active, and this may cause problems with upcoming payments. Hello, my name is Desmond W. I need assistance with a situation regarding First Latitude Secure Card Services. I applied for this secured card based on Credit Karma's recommendation on July 23, [redacted]. Today is August 2, [redacted], and when I called, the representative informed me that I would have to wait an additional three days plus 10 more days to receive the card. I paid an extra $29 for expedited processing, but upon requesting to cancel, they mentioned an additional $25 annual fee on top of the $[redacted] I had already paid. This was surprising to me considering Credit Karma's reputable status. I feel like a victim in this situation while just trying to improve my credit after being a victim of identity fraud.
