My credit card account is not current. I'm unsure why my credit score dropped by 50 points, going from [redacted] to [redacted] in the last 6-8 months. Your ledger is out of date regarding my credit cards. I'm not familiar with fully utilizing your site; my wife set it up before she fell ill with cancer. I'm not tech-savvy but recently learned about browsers. My wife handled these matters; I managed the finances and assisted in improving her credit score. I am having trouble setting up my Credit Karma account due to an initial mistake with the email address. I initially used "[redacted]" but then tried again with the correct email "[redacted]". However, when trying to log in, it says I already have an account with the incorrect email. When I try to reset my password, it goes to the wrong email, hindering me from accessing my account. The email "bennett.anthony@gmail" does not exist, and I would like to use "[redacted]" for my account. Please consider deleting the incorrect account "bennett.anthony@gmail" to resolve this issue. I have experienced fraudulent activity on my credit report and was instructed by my bank to check my credit history. I obtained an order of protection against my ex-girlfriend who has violated it and committed credit card fraud against me. She used my personal information to open a PayPal account without my consent, leaving me with a $20 debt that she never repaid. Worried about her imminent release from prison in January, I fear she may try to further harm my credit. Despite my efforts, PayPal has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I have noticed an outstanding collection account on my Equifax credit report. The bill was settled in full on October 28th, [redacted]. Harris and Harris, the collection agency, assured me it would be removed by November 28th, [redacted]. However, it remains on my report two months later. St. Francis Hospital and Harris and Harris claim they have taken all necessary steps and I am left to resolve it. I am eager to improve my credit but this negative mark is hindering my efforts. I am dealing with a frustrating situation regarding a collection item on my credit report. Despite being settled by insurance, it continues to reappear and be resold. I've been experiencing significant issues trying to log into your website. Every time I attempt to login, I am directed to update my password. Despite changing my password, I am still unable to access my account due to site errors. I've noticed that my credit score dropped by 30 points because it was reported that my first national credit card account was closed, but it was actually just due to a lost card and I had it replaced. Despite getting a new card with a different number, the account was never formally closed. Another issue arose in October when my car loan payment increased by over $[redacted], causing my credit score to drop by 27 points. The loan increase was due to a hospital stay, during which I had made arrangements with Exeter Finance. Upon contacting Equifax, it was confirmed that my first national account was not closed, just reported as a lost card. I am unsure where this misinformation originated from.

Good Afternoon, I am a Registered Body with the Disclosure & Barring Service and recently submitted a Disclosure Application on behalf of someone who has been recruited to work with Credit Karma as a Member Adviser with access to an individual's personal details, including name, age, address history, credit history, bank account, and financial records. An enhanced Disclosure was requested due to the nature of the role, as Credit Karma required that level of disclosure before employing the individual. However, the DBS is questioning this requirement stating it is not for regulated activity. The police force involved does not agree that an enhanced disclosure is necessary. Please could someone from HR at Credit Karma respond today with the justification for the enhanced disclosure as the applicant is scheduled to start on Monday.
