I would like to address a concern that has been ongoing for several weeks regarding the delivery of a new washer. Our initial delivery was a broken washer, and we were then offered a dryer instead, which is unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary stress as my husband and I are in poor health and urgently need a functioning washer. I have been trying to resolve this issue with Costco, but with no success. At this point, my son, a trial lawyer, has advised me to escalate this matter to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office or to the Boston Globe's ombudsman. We are requesting immediate delivery of a new washer to remedy this situation promptly. Kindly refrain from redirecting me to previous contacts who have been unable to assist. I noticed that some specific items have been consistently missing from the Salt Lake City area Costco stores during my recent visits:
- The Organic rolled oats, particularly the COACH'S OATS Organic Whole Grain, were not available. Even the typical alternative, Bob's Red Mill, was missing.
- Walnuts and sliced almonds were completely absent from the selection.
- Unsweetened organic soy milk and Nuttzo brand Organic 7-seed Power Fuel were not in stock.
- Fresh, organic Medjool dates were unavailable or stale during the last few visits.
- Kombucha brands like Synergy or Health-Aide, which are stocked in southern CA stores, were missed.
- Additional requests include Organic Brazil nuts, Kite Hill non-dairy cream cheese, non-dairy cheese brands like Violife, Miyokos, or Field Roast, So-Delicious non-dairy ice cream, Beyond Burgers, and Hillary's Veggie Burgers.
I have been a loyal Costco shopper for over three years and would appreciate it if the West Valley City location could stock these items.
I have reached out to some companies directly to supply their products to SLC stores, such as Coach's Oats. Your assistance in getting these items stocked would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, April 5th, I visited the Costco Ancaster location for an oil change and tire swap. The process was completed in 90 minutes, but the wheel covers were not installed. Upon my return on April 6th for a torque check, I encountered Greg, who refused to install the covers and responded rudely. After escalating to the Store Manager, Lee, the issue was addressed. Despite being a long-time Costco member with a history of vehicle services at this branch, I was appalled by the disrespectful behavior displayed by Greg, who claimed to be a manager. The incident, which upset my son, necessitates an official statement from Costco. I trust that Costco will take appropriate action to uphold their reputation for professionalism and respect among their staff.

I recently learned about your decision to stop selling My Pillow products, owned by Mike Lindell, due to his views on election fraud. This action seems like a punishment to me and many others who also believe in his cause. Mike Lindell has built a company that supports American workers, including those in recovery, and is motivated by his strong faith in God and his country. It's unfortunate that your company does not seem to value freedom of speech, a principle important to me and many others. Despite this, I will not immediately cancel my membership but will start looking for alternative sources for the products I buy from you. Once I have found them, I will no longer support your company. This decision disappoints me, and I find your actions disgraceful.

I had a frustrating experience at San Dimas Costco today due to a price discrepancy. After waiting in a long line at customer service as instructed, I was told same-day returns are not handled there and had to move to another line. The signage for return locations needs improvement to prevent confusion.
Despite patiently waiting for 30 minutes in the cold, I was turned away, causing further frustration. The lack of efficient direction from employees made the ordeal even more difficult. Moreover, the customer service provided by the female staff member who assisted me was lacking.
This upsetting incident has soured my usual shopping experience at Costco. With a child with special needs and my own health issues, the unnecessary wait due to employee errors was unacceptable.

I have been trying repeatedly to renew my membership without success. When I attempted to receive a new password via email from Costco, no emails were ever received. I reside in Vernon, BC, and simply wish to renew my membership online, but this has become frustrating to the point where I am at wit's end. Our Costco in Kelowna is not conveniently close by at 45 miles away, so visiting in person is not an option. I am constantly being directed to click on "my account," which unfortunately is not a clickable option for me. It would be much simpler if I could just input my Costco account number, locate the renewal option, and proceed to renew using my Mastercard. Each time I try to renew, I am redirected to sites requesting information I do not have, and despite assurances, no emails from Costco are ever received.

I am unable to renew my membership online. The website repeatedly prompts me to enter a code that is supposed to be sent to me via email. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any emails with the code. Even after contacting customer support for assistance, the code still did not arrive. It appears Costco is having difficulty sending emails. The nearest physical Costco location is 45 miles away, making it impractical to resolve this in person. I am incredibly frustrated with the online renewal process as it should be straightforward - enter membership number, click "renew", and done. Unfortunately, your system's reliance on codes that are not being sent is causing a significant barrier to renewal.

Hello, Today I visited the Aurora Costco to purchase groceries for my mother using her card. Upon reaching the checkout, I was informed I needed my mother present to make the purchase. This was disappointing as my mother is in isolation due to having covid-19 and unable to shop. I am new to the area and unsure of the store's policies, as in Niagara this was permissible. I attempted to speak with a manager, but no compromise was reached, leading me to leave without the groceries. As my mother will be in isolation for weeks, we rely on bulk purchases for her. We are seeking a quicker response to our issue. We initiated a request for resolving a problem with our defective TV on May 13. We were informed that we might not hear back until May 18. Samsung has stated that the TV needs a panel replacement, which falls under Costco's warranty but not Samsung's. Research online indicates that this vertical black band issue is widespread. We are concerned that Costco continues to sell this product with a known issue. The TV is located in a vacation home an hour away from our primary residence, leading to unnecessary trips for diagnostics due to long wait times. I would like to share my recent experience with Costco's Kirkland bacon products. As a long-time Costco member, I have noticed a decline in quality despite the increasing prices. Lately, I have had to discard a significant portion (around 20% or more) of the bacon due to excessive fat content, something that was not an issue in previous years. This drop in quality is evident in both the precooked and uncooked bacon. In comparison to the premium quality I was accustomed to, my last few purchases have been disappointing. Unfortunately, my latest purchase on 5/5/[redacted] will be my final one for Kirkland bacon products. While I don't mind paying more for a superior product, the consistent decline in quality has left me dissatisfied. This experience has also made me question the quality of other Kirkland products.

I bought a Lenovo 15 Flex laptop from Costco online on December 2, [redacted], and paid with my Costco Citi card on December 4, [redacted]. The laptop stopped working on May 18, [redacted], and I require Costco's 2nd-year warranty repair. Unfortunately, the serial number is not visible on the computer's bottom. Costco concierge could not assist without it, and I am unable to retrieve it as the laptop does not boot up. Lenovo advised that the serial number is on the motherboard, but I lack the tools and skills to access it. Citibank offers an extended warranty but cannot process it until Costco completes the 2nd-year warranty work. I urgently need Costco's help to repair my laptop under the warranty. Regarding Costco.com Order Number [redacted]98, I received my delivery on Wed, 6/3/21. I purchased 2 bottles of Kirkland Signature Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 L priced at $13.49 each. Regrettably, both bottles of olive oil arrived severely dented and leaky. The issue seems to stem from improper packing alongside heavy items such as 2 Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda, 13.5 lbs each, and 1 package of Chicken of the Sea Albacore Tuna, 7 oz, 8-count in the same box. Consequently, the leaking oil has affected the contents as well as the exterior of the package. I wish to return the damaged olive oil for a refund while keeping the tuna and baking soda. I seek guidance on initiating a refund process without having to visit the physical store. Previously, I have ordered olive oil online without any complications. I arranged for Handy Premier TV mounting services through Costco, but Handy has been disappointing. They canceled three times, once with less than 2 hours' notice, indicating a lack of available contractors in my area. Their customer service was unhelpful, with representatives lacking the authority to resolve issues. Following two cancellations, I requested the $50 fee for a second technician be waived, but my request was denied.
On the positive side, Costco's customer service was excellent, offering to reimburse the $50 fee. However, this turned out to be unnecessary as Handy canceled the appointment again. My only grievance with Costco is their association with a subpar subcontractor like Handy.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent transaction issue I encountered with Costco online. On 6/2, I placed an order (#[redacted]10) for an Apple iPad priced at $[redacted].05, including tax and shipping, using my membership number [redacted]37. Despite the order stating it was shipped within 48 hours, the package got lost during transit with UPS within a week.
After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this matter over the phone with UPS and Costco, I engaged in online chat with Jean E on 6/10, who promised to process a refund. Subsequent interactions online with Andrew J on 6/14 and "Cassandra" over the phone on 6/16 seemed unhelpful. Today, during a chat with Megan B on 6/18, I was informed I would have to wait longer while Costco investigated the issue.
My experience dealing with five different customer service representatives left me feeling that Costco's customer service system is ineffective, leading me to reconsider my membership. I urge upper management at Costco to review and improve their customer service procedures for a more efficient and customer-centric approach.

I’d like to extend my deep appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by manager Kyle Porter at the St Louis Park, MN Costco Warehouse. I was eager to purchase more “32 Degree Cool” skorts on sale for $9.99, but was informed they were discontinued. After reaching out to Kyle about this discrepancy, I eventually ordered one online, though it was too small.
Surprisingly, Kyle contacted me today to share that they had located two more skorts in the correct size, which I promptly purchased. Now I have a black, pink, and purple skort collection, a testament to my satisfaction with the product. Kyle truly went above and beyond to assist me, and I am grateful for his efforts.

I am seeking assistance with coordinating a mattress return from Costco as I have encountered challenges resolving this through Customer Service.
I made a mattress purchase on 6/28 with the expectation that Costco logistics would arrange a pickup within 5-7 business days. After not receiving a call, I contacted Customer Service on 7/9 and spoke with Christine, who assured me she would forward my request to logistics. When no progress was made, I called again on 7/15 and after a 45-minute hold, spoke with Diane. Despite her promise to relay my issue to logistics, it seemed to mirror Christine's attempt. Frustrated with the lack of results, I requested to escalate the matter. Diane assured me she would contact a supervisor and placed me on hold. After waiting for 90 minutes, I made no progress and even attempts to contact Corporate led me back to square one with Customer Service.
After three decades of being a loyal Costco member since [redacted], this current ordeal is unprecedented. I am in dire need of a resolution.
