I booked a trip with Costco Canada last November and was promised a $[redacted] Costco gift card. However, I haven't received it yet. When I inquired, I was asked to contact Randy at [redacted], member service, to arrange pick up at a Costco location. I'm concerned this might be a scam as the letter looks suspicious. I rented a car through Costco and picked it up at PBI on January 5. I was assured of automatic renewals every 30 days, which worked in February but not in March. Despite being told I could keep the car until March 15, I received emails saying otherwise and was unsuccessful in extending the rental. After being directed to customer service, the situation remains unresolved, with the PBI office demanding the car's return. As I am currently overseas for work, arranging its return is challenging. I have documentation proving the rental agreement's validity. I find Budget's handling of this matter unacceptable and will not rent from them again. I expect Costco to intervene and ensure Budget upholds the signed agreement, allowing me to retain the car as agreed.

I wanted to share my experience with the pick-up service at Barcelona airport for travelers returning to the US. The three-hour prior pick-up timeframe is not suitable due to Covid testing requirements. As a result, we will need to arrange our own transportation. We hope that Costco will understand this dilemma and not penalize us for not utilizing the provided service. We trust in Costco's excellent reputation to assist us during this challenging time. Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding a booking issue with Costco Travel and American Airlines. Our original plan included an American Airlines flight from LAX to ORD on 6/18 and a stay at Embassy Suites LAX South on 6/17. Unfortunately, our flight from Puerto Vallarta to LAX on 6/17 got canceled, leaving us stranded in Puerto Vallarta. We had to make alternate arrangements and booked a new flight home with Southwest for 6/18.

I believe Costco Travel's filter function could be greatly enhanced by incorporating two features. Firstly, the option to filter by departure time exceeding one month would be beneficial. For example, I wish to explore cruising options within a four-month window in early [redacted] rather than restricting my search to individual months. Secondly, adding the ability to filter by accommodation type, such as a room with a balcony for cruising, on the overall search level would be convenient. Currently, this choice is limited to individual sailings. I feel the need to communicate these suggestions via email to Costco Travel to ensure they are accurately conveyed to the relevant IT department, as I have doubts about providing this feedback over the phone.

Earlier today, I spoke with one of your agents to request a change to our airline seats, and her name is D. I inquired twice if it was possible to move our seats forward, and she stated she could not accommodate the request. When I called a second time, another agent assisted us with the seat change. I am unsure why Miss D was unable to assist us initially. Perhaps it was too early for Miss D to start her shift, or there was a misunderstanding in our communication. Each time I have needed to make changes to our trip, it has taken at least two calls to finalize them. Our trip confirmation number is C[redacted]05.

I needed to make a payment for my vacation reservation by May 31, [redacted]. However, I was unable to do so as my new credit card, scheduled to arrive on May 25th, never came, and I couldn't activate it. I called the credit card company today, reported the lost card, got a replacement expedited, and am waiting for it to arrive. Please notify Costco Travel about my situation so they don't cancel my reservation or charge me a late fee out of my control. Once I receive the new card, I will promptly pay the balance. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach Costo Travel's customer service by phone as their system doesn't handle individual issues. I'm reconsidering my future vacation plans with them due to this experience. I require help with obtaining a refund for the ground excursion from our cruise. Despite my efforts, I have not managed to speak with a customer service representative. My spouse and I, both in our 70s, are not very skilled with computers. Unfortunately, we had to cut short our voyage because my husband contracted COVID-19 on the ship. My spouse and I have a rental car booked from June 22 to June 29 at Alamo in Denver. Unfortunately, my spouse had a medical issue and cannot travel by air. Therefore, we are rescheduling our trip to Denver for July 12 to July 20.

My Delta Airlines flight was canceled after being delayed three times. They re-rerouted me to a different destination without providing information on the connecting flight. I tried contacting Delta, but only got a Bot and endured a 5-hour hold. The next day, I reached out to Costco Travel, where I was on hold for 2.5 hours. Thanks to a number from Get Human, I contacted William at the cruise department in Washington. He transferred me to Tom, who is currently trying to assist me. It's frustrating that it took reaching a new bookings number to speak to a live person. I expressed my disappointment to Tom, explaining that Costco Travel seems more focused on sales than customer service. Hopefully, Tom can resolve this issue with the flight team. It's a clear downside of relying on Bots instead of real people.

A guest named John Massie stayed at our hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown, booked through Costco Travel, from June 24 to June 28, [redacted]. However, the payment on the credit card provided has been declining. Despite sending multiple emails, we haven't received a response.
