I bought the Whirlpool WDF520PADM in [redacted] based on Consumer Reports' suggestion. Sadly, it stopped working just two weeks after installation. Whirlpool covered the repairs, even without a warranty, using Fields Repair Co. The same issue recurred after the first repair, leading to a frustrating cycle of wait times for appointments and parts. Whirlpool covered subsequent repairs with Flamingo Repair Co, but the problem persisted. Despite multiple repairs, the dishwasher failed again. Fields and Flamingo replaced various components, but the main issue persisted - the water pump motor. Given the repeated failures, Whirlpool declined further repairs. Now, as a retired US Air Force veteran, I am disappointed with the constant breakdowns of this dishwasher. I am urgently seeking a new dishwasher, but prices are high, and items are on backorder. I strongly advise against recommending this model to others.

Last November, I purchased furniture from Unclaimed Freight located at [redacted] Industrial Dr, Bethlehem, PA [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have encountered quality issues with the couch. Despite limited use in our living room for a few hours each week, the seats and pillows have become deformed and are sinking. Upon contacting Unclaimed Freight, they directed me to reach out to the manufacturer, who claimed to offer a one-month return policy but insisted that Unclaimed Freight should handle the warranty due to their business relationship. After a frustrating conversation with Unclaimed Freight's manager involving misleading information, unanswered calls, and conflicting statements about the warranty, I reached a dead-end with their customer service. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I have been at Beaumont Hospital Trenton for nine days now. I was recently informed about the IV antibiotics that should have been administered to me on day one, but I didn't receive them until the eighth day of my stay. Unfortunately, I was informed that I cannot undergo surgery at this hospital. I have encountered multiple issues with the staff and lack of cleanliness in my room. Recently, a nursing manager came into my room yelling and behaving aggressively. This behavior is unacceptable. I have documented the incident and feel neglected in terms of my medical care. I am in a lot of pain and need assistance promptly. The lack of proper care and hygiene is concerning. I am considering reporting this to the appropriate agencies for further investigation.

I renewed my Consumer Reports subscription over the phone nearly two weeks ago. I provided my payment details during the call. However, I keep receiving renewal reminders, even though I've already renewed. My name is Mary Rosaire Anderson, and my Consumer Reports account number is [redacted]9/8. I have been a continuous subscriber to Consumer Reports since [redacted], opting for multiyear subscriptions. I wish to confirm and update my subscription status as I made the payment during the renewal call.

I recently received the Consumer Reports [redacted] Annual Buying Guide, and I noticed a significant difference in the rating of the Bosch [redacted] Series SHXMA4AY55N dishwasher. In the hard copy magazine, the overall score is "84," while online the rating for the exact same model is "70." I am in the process of making a major purchasing decision and would like assistance in determining which rating is more accurate and reliable. Could you advise me on whether I should trust the [redacted] Annual Rating or the online rating for the best decision? I am a long-time loyal Consumer Reports member and would appreciate your help in understanding why there is a difference in the ratings for the same product.

I have always been a loyal Toyota customer but recently purchased a Subaru for its safety features. After 3 1/2 years, the check engine light came on along with warnings that some safety features were disabled. The dealership informed me that the cooling bypass valve needed replacement at a cost of $[redacted] to restore the safety features. I am disappointed in Subaru's lack of reliability, especially concerning safety, which is their main selling point. I plan to sell the Subaru and return to Toyota, as I have driven over [redacted],[redacted] miles in Toyotas without encountering such significant issues. If anyone would like to discuss this matter further, feel free to contact me at [redacted].

I've come across an advertisement on Facebook for a two-seater outdoor electric scooter priced at $39.99 on clearance sale. When I click on the ad, it directs me to a website called pizzura.com, which appears to be an online store. I'm interested in verifying the legitimacy of this business and the offer as the price seems too good to be true. They claim it's a temporary sale due to excess stock and upcoming warehouse changes. I'd like to confirm if this is a valid business and if the clearance sale is genuine before making any purchases. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing transmission issues with my [redacted] Ford Focus. I bought the car brand new in [redacted], and Ford acknowledged the defective transmission by offering an extended warranty. Despite the low mileage of 52,[redacted], the years of coverage had expired when the transmission stopped functioning. On 07/19/23, I brought it to Beau Townsend for repairs costing $3,[redacted].78. I had previously raised concerns about jerking and shuttering, but the dealership dismissed them. I have reached out to Ford Motor Co's customer service without receiving a response. I believe Ford should reimburse me for the repair costs due to their faulty transmission.

I continue to receive a card in the mail advertising pills claiming to be stronger than Viagra. Despite calling the associated phone number to request removal from the mailing list, I am still receiving these mailings. Initially, they would respond to my calls, but now they claim not to serve my area when contacted from my cell phone. Interestingly, when calling from a different phone, they do answer. How can I effectively stop receiving these unsolicited mailings?
