Experiencing mortgage issues dating back to the [redacted] crisis has been challenging. Initially seeking assistance from SPS in [redacted], we faced a dilemma where they required us to cease mortgage payments to consider helping us, leading to a foreclosure threat the following year. Choosing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in August [redacted], we diligently paid both the mortgage and bankruptcy dues monthly for four years until the discharge in May [redacted]. However, upon the discharge, we were unexpectedly informed of owing an additional three months, creating confusion and credit report discrepancies. Seeking to refinance our high-interest mortgage became complicated due to these credit report inaccuracies. Despite providing detailed documentation spanning 15 years to SPS, challenges persist in rectifying the situation. The complex nature of the unfolding events, including receiving overpayment checks from SPS post-bankruptcy, intensifies the confusion and frustration in our attempts to refinance our home.

Last year, my identity was stolen in a terrible manner. Since then, I've experienced unauthorized transactions in four of my bank accounts, faced poor treatment from various mobile phone and internet providers, and been pursued by multiple companies and banks for debts that are not mine. I am struggling to make ends meet due to financial difficulties aggravated by my battle with cancer. This has resulted in me losing my job, my home, and being forced into debt due to mishandling of my accounts by these institutions. Living out of my car has become my reality. The issue began with AT&T's security breach, allowing cybercriminals to access my information during the onset of the Covid pandemic. I have been misled and mistreated by these large corporations for nearly two years, and I am in desperate need of assistance.

Citizens Bank has been fraudulent and invasive with my accounts, affecting even my daughter and I financially. They made unauthorized changes to my military pension, my daughter's Social Security, and drained my savings with excessive charges. I attempted to resolve this by closing the account, but they resorted to drawing funds from a new account, leading me to shut it down to prevent further fraud. The situation has left my daughter, who is disabled, and myself in distress as they have disrupted our financial stability. Despite moving our funds and accounts to a new bank, Citizens Bank continued to access and withdraw from the new account. As senior citizens facing health challenges, we are overwhelmed and seeking assistance to rectify this unsettling situation.

Good morning,
My name is Erika Sonnen, and I need assistance with an unresolved issue on the Cash App. I have been experiencing false "repayments" in my transaction history, which do not correspond to my borrowing limit of $25. Despite contacting Cash App support multiple times, I have only been redirected to email support, leading to a lack of resolution. The responses I received were unhelpful, with no actions taken to prevent further unauthorized deductions. I have also faced difficulties explaining my situation via email, resulting in no progress in resolving the issue. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and would appreciate any guidance on how to address this matter. Thank you for your attention to this concern.
Best regards,
Erika Sonnen
