Constellation Energy Customer Service Issues

I had a frustrating experience with Walmart online when I tried to pay my bill. After inputting my credit card number into the system, it charged me for three months of service, causing a significant issue since I rely on disability payments. I had to reach out to the bank to get this resolved, which took up to 10 days to get my money back. Despite being refunded for two of the payments, one payment still went through, leading to a chaotic situation. I felt mistreated by the management, who also gave me incorrect information about the system's status. I requested a credit on my account with Constellation to compensate for the trouble and stress this situation caused me. The $10 credit provided was far from sufficient, as I believe a credit of $[redacted] to $[redacted] minimum would be more appropriate given the inconvenience.
