Conrad Hotels and Resorts Customer Service Issues

I am contacting you to express my disappointment with the valet parking service I received at your hotel on December 21, [redacted]. While waiting to retrieve my car, a valet opened the trunk, causing a humidifier stored inside to fall and become irreparably damaged. As a result, my 2-and-a-half-year-old son is now suffering from croup until I can replace the humidifier at my own expense. This is a significant inconvenience as I should not have to bear the financial burden for damage caused by your staff. I received a response from acting manager, Ju Yong Kim, stating that the hotel cannot fully compensate me because the damage was accidental. This response does not align with the service standards I expect from the Conrad Hotel Seoul. I am not seeking compensation for an innocent mistake, but rather seeking accountability for the damage caused and a fair resolution. This could involve providing a replacement humidifier or covering the cost of a new one, along with a written apology for the frustration and inconvenience.
