On 8/3, I contacted Comporium to update my address, cancel automatic billing, phone service, and internet service, while keeping my email service. Despite being assured the changes were made, I received a bill for $[redacted].02 in August, paid through automatic billing. I request to cancel automatic billing, receive a refund for $[redacted].02, and continue with email service. If not resolved promptly, I request a call explaining the delay at [redacted].
