Hello, my name is Shannon Bernard. I recently purchased a replica of my [redacted] yearbook from when I attended Pacific Palisades Charter High School. Initially, I thought the book was going to closely resemble the original on the outside. However, upon opening it, I noticed discrepancies that shouldn't be there in a replica. It seems to me that someone took an original yearbook, made a duplicate, and sent it to me with added elements. There are writings addressed to someone named Pam, and senior names are crossed out in yellow and orange ink. The replica is far from what I expected, and I would like to request a replacement that is brand new without any additional markings or writings.

I've been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to dispute a charge through your online customer service. However, I was redirected to another step that required a payment of one dollar. I will continue to wait on the phone for assistance. Meanwhile, I am disputing a charge of $63.30 on April 14, [redacted]. I canceled my subscription last year, and my card details are not on file, so I'm unsure how the charge was made. Please refund me this amount. This is now my second email requesting resolution. -Judy R. Email: [email redacted]

I cancelled my account online one week after signing up, but my account was still charged. I spoke with a customer service representative who scheduled an appointment for today at 8 a.m. However, no one has called me by 10 a.m., and it's now 2 p.m. I cancelled my account in January online but am still being charged. The supervisors are taking calls and are unable to make scheduled appointments. I want a refund and explained that I am not tech-savvy as I had to enter a program just to delete a text. The representative named Kamie was very professional, showed empathy, and was knowledgeable. I asked for a call tomorrow. Kamie cancelled whatever was in their system.

Hello, I am Frederick B. Williamson, Jr. and I noticed that Classmates.com has my graduation year wrong. I actually graduated from Fortier High School in [redacted], not [redacted]. Could you please correct this error? Furthermore, I used to have a higher level of membership on your website that has lapsed. Can you provide information on the different membership levels available and their pricing? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Frederick B. "Rick" Williamson, Jr. (Class of [redacted])

I contacted customer service regarding a refund for my Classmates Membership. I encountered difficulty with the Agent, who promised a call from a supervisor within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I never received that call, and I wanted to cancel my subscription with Classmates. Today, I checked my account to figure out why I was being charged automatically, only to discover that the auto billing setting was off, but my credit card details were still saved. I've deleted my credit card information and disabled all relevant features on Classmates. I am once again asking for a $96.00 refund for an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Best, Dennis

I followed my son's advice to upgrade my Classmates account for $30, but on my fixed income from disability benefits, I can't afford it. I've already canceled the automatic renewal but still need help with the current $30 charge. I'm caring for my 86-year-old mother with advanced lung cancer, so I don't have time to deal with complex processes. Any assistance in refunding the $30 would be a huge relief amidst mounting bills. Your prompt reply would mean a lot to me. Thank you.

I do not recall signing up for classmates.com. I have not noticed any charges on my account. Despite this, I receive emails with photos and profiles of classmates, which I check every now and then. Today, as I was browsing through profiles, I saw a picture on my profile that I did not upload. It was quite disturbing - a headshot of a Blackman alongside an elderly man in a prison outfit. I have never posted anything on your site, especially not something like this. I kindly request the immediate removal of this content from my profile. The photo is associated with Eileen Tierney, class of '67 from Rosary High School in St. Louis, MO.

Subject: Membership Cancellation Request I signed up for a free trial on Classmates.com in March [redacted] to explore the service. After reviewing the pricing for continued membership, I decided not to proceed with a paid subscription. Unexpectedly, I noticed charges on my credit card recently, which I assume might be due to automatic billing following the trial's conclusion. I have since canceled my free membership and would like to ensure my information is removed entirely from your system. I have identified two charges on my credit card statement that I do not recognize and would appreciate a refund for them. While I acknowledge the value your service provides, I am not interested in continuing my membership. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Woody P.

I was charged $60 for a subscription renewal on Classmate.com. I didn't receive the cancellation email, and the charge appeared on my Capital One card, then re-posted after your team spoke with me. Now, despite paying, my access to the site is restricted as all profiles of those who looked me up are blurred. I demand a refund if my account is canceled, or to regain full access for the paid fee. If denied access and not refunded, there may be legal implications on the company's end, not mine.

I have been receiving emails from Classmates.com for a while now. According to the information online, I have a free account. However, I recently received a bill for $96, which I did not authorize. A representative mentioned a no-refund policy. The billing renewal every 2 years is unusual for me as my accounts are usually monthly or annually renewed. I will request a refund again, as I did not agree to this unless it was specified in the fine print for my free account.

It has been difficult to reach you. I need confirmation that my account has been canceled and won't be renewed automatically. I tried to reset my password multiple times but never received the email to do so. My subscription was renewed on May 11, and when I called, I was told it was too late to cancel. I almost disputed the Visa charge but decided to wait as long as the subscription was canceled. However, I never received confirmation that it was canceled. I believe the subscription is set to renew on August 11th. Please confirm the cancellation of my subscription and ensure it will not be renewed. Stephen M.

I signed up for a free trial but canceled a few days later as I never used the site and was disappointed that the yearbooks advertised were not available. I consider this bait and switch. I demand the $21 taken from my account to be refunded immediately. I notified you via email of my cancellation, even if it wasn't the right method. You caused an overdraft by taking money without authorization. Please return my money promptly without making me wait. I had a conversation with one of your representatives yesterday and canceled, so this should have been resolved earlier. I expect a quick resolution as a 65-year-old with a college education, and I will not accept money being taken without my consent. Refund the $21 now. Thank you. - Cinthia C.

I have been charged for another three months of subscription, but I no longer wish to continue the service. I am dissatisfied with the site as it seems repetitive, particularly in notifying me repeatedly about "Who viewed my site" for weeks. Kindly refund the recent charges made to my credit card. Feel free to contact me at [redacted]. I was unaware my debit card information was saved and deleted it upon discovery. I attempted to resolve the issue after receiving an email from Gethuman.com, leading me through a prolonged process to reach assistance. Such delays in customer service are unacceptable in my opinion. Sincerely, Gladys L.

While I was in the hospital, I missed the renewal notice from classmates.com. Unfortunately, they charged my PayPal account instead of my saved credit card. I reached out to them within 30 minutes of noticing the charge. Despite my numerous attempts to request a refund for the $96 charge, they have repeatedly advised me to disable the automatic payment feature and assured me that my subscription is active until [redacted]. Given my financial difficulties due to COVID, it's essential for me to recover this money.

I am concerned about the unauthorized activity that occurred on my account. My privacy was violated when my profile was accessed by someone without my permission. This breach resulted in visits to the profiles of [redacted] individuals, which I did not initiate. I demand an explanation and apology for this invasion of privacy. It is distressing to think that this could be a form of extortion to manipulate me into paying for the return of my privacy, which has been irreversibly violated. I urge the responsible party to rectify this situation and acknowledge the harm caused by their actions.
