I visited Chipotle at Highlands Tridelphia, WV on Saturday, April 22. The restaurant was very busy, understandable, but the tables were all dirty, the serving pans messy and some empty. It was incredibly dirty, unlike anything I've seen before. We opted to take our food to go as the tables were too filthy to eat at. Another customer even joked about getting protein off the tables. When I went for drinks, there were no forks, just a couple of knives. I asked for forks, and the staff only brought back seven in a container when I only needed five. I ordered a bowl, but it was the smallest portion I've ever received due to the limited selection in the serving pans. The grills were full of meat. I am disappointed to have to share this, but I felt you should be aware. It will be a while before we consider returning.

I previously worked at Chipotle in Amherst, but I left due to poor management. I mentioned I would return once there was a new manager. Now, there is a new manager, but she claims it's my fault and won't rehire me, labeling me unreliable. This job is crucial for me as I am at risk of losing my home. I've been trying to reach out to the Hamburg location for potential employment, but no one is responding despite submitting an application. The uncertainty is causing me a lot of stress, and I hope to resolve this soon.

Yesterday, I purchased a $25 gift card and attempted to add it to my account. Unfortunately, I accidentally removed it. When I tried to re-add the gift card, the system informed me that I had reached the daily limit for adding gift cards and to try again in 24 hours. Additionally, the app indicated that the gift card number was invalid. I reached out to a customer service representative on the Pepper app who directed me to the rewards department. They mentioned I would receive an email shortly, but I have not received any communication yet. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter so I can successfully add the gift card to my account.

Our meal arrived incorrectly via UberEATS. After my wife picked it up and drove 40 minutes home, we discovered there was hardly any chicken despite requesting extra. My meal that was supposed to contain steak had no meat at all, resembling a vegetarian dish instead. Despite hunger, I proceeded to eat and found a hair in my meal shortly after. Following contact with the restaurant, I was directed to a refund hotline, which promptly redirected me to UberEATS. Unfortunately, neither party seemed receptive to resolving the issue, leaving me feeling dismissed and frustrated with the experience at Chiptole.

I recently visited the store and had a disappointing experience. When I approached the order counter, the staff member making the food did not acknowledge me until I placed my order. Throughout the interaction, she remained silent, leaving me unsure of how the process was going. She claimed to be a manager, but her behavior and lack of professionalism indicated otherwise. This incident occurred at the Ellenton Dunkin Chipotle location. I will not be returning, and neither will my family or employees. The confusion about who the actual manager is further added to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the food preparation when the employee carelessly added a large scoop of pico de gallo onto my food and then rudely dismissed my request to remove it. The overall service and experience at this location were very disappointing.

I made an online order at Chipotle, located at [redacted] Oscar Robinson Blvd, Indianapolis, IN [redacted] (BR6-GA8), on 6/15/[redacted]. I specified in the delivery comments that I needed it by 2pm, but received a text mentioning an estimated arrival time of 11:02am. Despite trying to reach the store by phone multiple times, I couldn't get through to a live person. The online support provided generic responses that didn't address my issue. When I contacted the Doordash delivery person, they confirmed the 2pm delivery time. However, shortly after, I received a text saying the order was cancelled, but the store didn't refund the money. The order was meant for a couple of staff members at our organization, and it was actually one of them who used their card for payment. I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance in addressing my concerns.

Good afternoon, today at 2:30, I had an interview at the Chipotle outside of Kop [redacted] W DeKalb with the Manager, Jess. This is the second time this has happened to me with her, and I don't understand why. I was confused during the interview. I always give my all during interviews and explained my experience with Chipotle from the one in Blue Bell. Jess asked me questions and if I could work every day. I mentioned that Fridays and Saturdays are not ideal for me, and I know they are mandatory. When I asked if it was alright, she responded with a rude tone, saying the night shift was full. Throughout the interview, I felt uncomfortable as she stared at me intensely without much engagement. I even mentioned that her gaze was making me uncomfortable. I was excited about the opportunity to work there again, but the overall interview process was strange. Jess has done this to me before during a previous interview at the Chipotle in Blue Bell.

Hello, my name is Kha’lil Caldwell and I work at store number [redacted] with employee number [redacted]. I am reaching out regarding my recent termination, which I believe is unjust. I was let go due to a friendship with a crew member outside of work, which supposedly violates company policy. However, I have a longstanding relationship with this individual, and I was transparent about it from the start. I have never had any performance issues or complaints during my time with the company. I have noticed double standards in the handling of employee relationships, which is concerning. I have consulted with my lawyer and am considering legal action for wrongful termination, although my preference is to be reinstated at a different location without legal involvement. I missed work days during my suspension and was promised compensation which I did not receive. I am seeking fair treatment and the opportunity to return to work. To whom it may concern, Being pregnant, I've been regularly craving Chipotle. However, today's experience was disappointing. I ordered a veggie bowl online and found the portion sizes to be small and messy upon opening. To make matters worse, despite it being a veggie bowl, there was unwanted steak mixed in. As a long-time vegetarian, this mistake was concerning. I have photos of the order as proof. The location in question is 2 Wade Road, Lathom NY. I hope for a better experience in the future.

I recently visited the restaurant and ordered two bowls - one with extra chicken and the other with extra steak. Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked while the rest seemed overcooked and stale. When I tried to address the issue with the chatbot Pepper and live agents via chat, I provided a copy of the receipt, but both times I was unexpectedly disconnected. I believe it shouldn't be so difficult to have my food remade properly, especially since it should have been served correctly initially.

I struggled for nearly an hour to access both the Chipotle website and app during the Boorito promotion on Halloween. Despite several attempts on different devices, I couldn't log into my account. I decided to visit the restaurant to request the discount, unfortunately, they were unable to assist. I have a screen recording that shows my unsuccessful login attempts. I kindly request a partial refund for my order to make up for missing out on the promotion.
