I am seeking assistance regarding a hold placed on the electricity at my current address due to the previous tenant's unpaid bills. As the new tenant, and also an attendant through a home health agency, I have legal documents to prove I am not responsible for the previous tenant's bills. Despite my efforts to resolve this by providing documentation, the situation remains unresolved, leaving me without electricity. I am urging for a live person to contact me to guide me through the next steps. I took over the lease to assist a disabled individual in need, and it is unfair that I am facing repercussions for someone else's debts. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I am writing to address the issue of overgrown vines on the CenterPoint pole located in the CP easement between [redacted] Ridge and [redacted] Ridge, Houston, TX [redacted]. I kindly request that the vines be removed from the lower part of the pole to prevent any potential power outages for the residents in the [redacted] blocks of Ridge and Teetshorn Street. Following a recent power outage incident on 8/15/19 due to vine overgrowth causing a connection problem, it was suggested that the vines be sprayed to prevent future issues. Despite previous attempts to have the vines removed, no action has been taken. I would like to report that my gas was disconnected on Thursday, but I just received the disconnect notice today. It states that it will be shut off on the 14th through the 16th if I do not pay. I called and spoke to a lady, explaining that I never received a disconnect notice before. She said I have to pay $[redacted], even though I only owed $84. I am eager to resolve this and get my gas back on. I need to speak to someone as soon as possible since my kids are at home and it is cold. I believe it is illegal to shut off gas in the winter.

I scheduled my reconnection for before noon, but they kept me on hold until the afternoon even after I made my payment for same-day service. Now, I'm being informed that they are fully booked and can no longer schedule any more appointments for today, despite me being on hold since 9:00 this morning. With my elderly grandparents arriving soon, I urgently need my gas turned on today. I paid extra for this service and made the early morning call to ensure it would be completed.

I recently had my gas service disconnected due to nonpayment. When I tried to pay the outstanding bill, I discovered that someone had requested new service under my name. This caused confusion and delays in resolving the issue. After speaking with two customer service representatives, I was told conflicting information about the charges I owed. Despite paying $[redacted].96, my service has not been restored, and I am still experiencing difficulties. Having been without gas for weeks, my household is lacking heating and hot water. I received a new bill reflecting some adjustments but not all the necessary corrections. I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter and having my gas service reinstated promptly.

Hello, my name is Jerry Miller. Early last year, Entergy sent my deceased mom, Rosie Tatum, a refund check. I contacted them to inquire about transferring the check to my name, and I followed all their instructions by submitting the required documents over a year ago. Recently, I received another check at my address, but it still has my mom's name on it. I reached out to Entergy again, and they acknowledged the error.
