I have had several negative encounters with a Canada Post employee at the Grosvenor Shoppers location in Saskatoon, SK. The staff member, a non-Caucasian woman, has been disrespectful and unhelpful. During my recent visit, she spoke loudly, interrupted me, and insisted I needed an account while dismissing my concerns. I use this post office to avoid delivery issues, but my experiences have been frustrating. Other customers witnessed the incident and seemed uncomfortable. I believe the busy holiday season doesn't justify poor customer service.

I would like to report an unpleasant experience with the post master at Burford Ontario. I was expecting a package delivery, but Canada Post claimed it was delivered after an unsuccessful attempt where no one was home and a pickup notice was left, which I disagree with as I was home. When inquired at the Burford post office, the post master rudely suggested the package would have been delivered if I was home, insinuating I was lying. I am disappointed with this encounter and have decided not to use Canada Post in the future, opting for other delivery services like Purolator or UPS instead. I have also informed the retailer, Mark's, about my decision. It's disheartening to see a lack of customer service in a small town like Burford, where many others seem to share similar sentiments about the post master. My sister sent me a package, but when I track it, the status shows "verifying recipient's address." It was scheduled for delivery on December 6, and it's crucial that I receive it promptly. Despite contacting Canada Post six times and being placed on hold for a total of three hours, the representatives couldn't explain the issue to me. This situation has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Strangely, the tracking information indicates that the package is currently in Fredericton, NB, which is my location.

I am reaching out about my recent Amazon order (#[redacted]-[redacted], Nov.16/21) that was dispatched from Golda's Kitchen in Mississauga or Makita in Whitby, ON, and shipped via Canada Post on Nov.18/21. Although no tracking number was provided, I received a notification the next day mentioning a delay in transit. The expected delivery window was from Nov.24 to Dec.2, but there have been no further updates. The package is destined for Virginia Dunn at [redacted] Dutch Line Road West, Trent Lakes, ON, K0M 2A0, and it is a gift. I would like to address a concerning issue regarding the mail delivery service in our community at [redacted] County Road 28, Fraserville, Ontario K0L1V0. Over the past month, there have been persistent issues with incorrect mail delivery by the mailperson, Norma. I have repeatedly received mail intended for someone else in my mailbox despite my efforts to return it. This morning, upon finding the same misdelivered mail in my box, I clearly marked each envelope indicating it was not for Box #16 (as stated on the mail, intended for Box #15). Despite this, the mail was returned to my mailbox later in the day. Speaking to a neighbor, I learned he has encountered similar delivery errors and had provided a list of residents and their corresponding mailbox numbers to Norma. Today, my neighbor approached Norma about the ongoing issue and was met with a dismissive response, "I Don't Care, I Don't Have Time For This." Such disregard for the accuracy of mail delivery is unacceptable, and it is essential for this matter to be addressed promptly to ensure the efficient service we deserve.

Hello, I've been in touch with the sender regarding my parcel, which they say has reached Canada and will be delivered by Canada Post. The tracking information shows it was delivered to the wrong address in Terrace, BC instead of Winnipeg, MB where it should go. Tracking Number: LV[redacted]45CN

I was expecting a delivery of 22 coins on December 8th, which was sent from the U.S. with tracking number LH[redacted]95US. The item was supposed to arrive at [redacted] Beaver Creek Crescent, Waterloo, ON, N2V 2J6. Despite the sender confirming the correct shipment, I have not received the package yet. My parcel number [redacted] was left in the wrong mailbox, and I never received it. It contained dog and cat flea treatment worth $87.60 in Canadian dollars from my long-time supplier. My PO box is [redacted] in Crofton, BC, V0R1R0. Unfortunately, my parcel from Petbucket.com containing flea/tick medicine for my dog and cat was mistakenly placed in the wrong box at the post office. The items are Advocate dog 8.8-22lb 3-month supply and Advocate 8.8lb 3-month supply for cats, valued at $87.60. I understand things are busy, but I haven't received the package and whoever received it hasn't returned it. I kindly request a refund of the amount as it's a significant sum that I cannot afford to write off.

Hello, I hope everything is going well. I made errors in the original mailing address and name in my PayPal details, causing confusion for the delivery person. I'm in the process of correcting this information with PayPal. The parcel, a hemp hoodie, was attempted to be delivered to an address that does not exist ([redacted] North Lorne Street). I am anticipating a delivery from the USA with tracking number RF[redacted]23US. Last week, the tracking indicated it was out for delivery, yet nothing was received. The day after, there was no new update, and then it showed the package was ready for pick up without specifying the location. Dear Sirs, I recently received an email stating that a delivery was unsuccessful because no one was home, which is inaccurate as I work from home and was present. The offer to reschedule for a fee seems unjust. Furthermore, the tracking number provided, [redacted][redacted], is not recognized by the Canada Post system. As a senior awaiting a parcel, I was informed that it would be delivered between 9 AM and 1 PM today. However, when I went to check my mailbox at 11:30 AM, I discovered that the postman had already come and left a note indicating that my COD parcel would be redirected to an alternate pickup point, available for collection after 1 PM the next day. This experience was disappointing, especially considering it is the second time it has occurred in my seniors' residence. The sender even emailed me confirming the delivery for today. I believe it is unfair for seniors to be treated in this manner, especially during the Christmas season. I did not receive a tracking number for parcel # JETZ[redacted]EN. An email I received informed me that I need to pay $1.00 to have the Christmas gift shipped to me in Barrie. The parcel is in terminal 2 awaiting payment. I attempted to pay through the app but was unsuccessful. I am concerned about the 48-hour payment window mentioned in the email, and I want to ensure the delivery is not returned. I need help with tracking number; [redacted][redacted]. My item was scheduled for delivery on December 14th, but the tracking information keeps changing. One day it shows delivered, the next day it says tracking number not found, and then it says waiting to be shipped. I have tried contacting the company with no response. This is a Christmas gift that may not arrive on time now. Feeling frustrated with the entire process. Can someone please investigate this for me?

I am currently awaiting a package from the US with tracking code LX[redacted]61US. Unfortunately, it seems that there is an error with the apartment number on the address provided. My correct address should read as follows: Frances Franchuk, [redacted]-40 Conway Drive, London, Ontario N6E 2Y9. I have seen that the package is currently going through customs, and I urgently need the apartment number to be corrected to [redacted] instead of [redacted] Conway Drive. There is no apartment [redacted] in my building, causing me unnecessary stress as I am 74 years old. Kindly update the apartment number on the parcel. Our recent address change is now complete. I made an error when ordering online and inputted our new address for billing instead of the mailing address. Subsequently, a package was delivered to our old address and returned by the new residents on December 20th, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Another package was also delivered to the old address on December 23rd, [redacted], with the same tracking number. Can I request the post office in Sherwood Park AB to hold any future packages? I tried to do this on the website during the delivery preferences section.

I made an error with the shipping address when I placed an online order. As a result, two packages were delivered to my old address. The change of address request had expired, and I mistakenly entered the billing address instead of the correct mailing address. Both packages share the same tracking number. I received a notification about the delivery to the old address. I would appreciate it if Canada Post could intercept the packages, hold them at the post office, and inform me to pick them up instead. Thank you.

I have a package coming from the USA that I want to return. I have been in communication with the seller, and they have agreed to accept the return. However, the seller has not provided me with a tracking number yet. They mentioned they will provide it in a couple of days. My question is, if I provide you with the order number, can you initiate the return process to the sender before I receive the tracking number, or should I wait until I have it to provide to you?

I was overcharged on 2 packages when I visited the post office in Swift Current, Newfoundland and Labrador. The postmistress was not available, and someone else assisted me. I requested regular post with $[redacted] insurance on each package but was charged for express postage instead, totaling $[redacted].22. Due to being unwell, I only noticed the error later during my trip. I reported the mistake to the postmistress the next day, who contacted her supervisor in Clarenville, but I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. After visiting the Clarenville post office, I was advised to call 1-[redacted] due to high call volumes. I believe the error was made by Helen Gould, and I am seeking a correction in my favor.
