Hello, I'm Evan and I enjoy watching the CBS Christmas special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Over the years, I've noticed changes made to the remastered versions aired on TV, such as the additions of the extended version of "We Are Santa's Elves" and the peppermint mine scene. While I appreciate that the TV version excludes these scenes, I feel the edits, like combining "Fame and Fortune" with "We're a Couple of Misfits," are done for commercial breaks and result in choppy transitions. The audio at the end of the show also seems delayed. I suggest keeping the current version but including the original "We're a Couple of Misfits" video with its audio, even if sped up for commercials. This would be a preferable alternative to the current edit. I hope for a return to the authentic Rudolph experience on TV. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I signed up for CBS All Access on my desktop for a 5-day free trial, but I got charged $5.99 after the trial ended. I tried to cancel on day 3 and 4 but couldn't find the option to cancel on the account page. I also tried calling for help multiple times, but there was no answer. My credit card was charged this morning, and now I can't access CBS All Access. They're asking me to start a new account even though the link recognizes my name. Frustrated with this situation. - Jack

I've had a CBS premium subscription for a while now. Lately, when I try to watch a program, I keep getting an error message saying "Oops, this video is not available in your region." Nothing has changed on my end. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps recommended on the support page, but nothing has fixed the issue. I tried calling customer service, but after waiting for 10 minutes on hold, I had to hang up. If I can't get this resolved, I might have to cancel my subscription. There are plenty of other services out there to choose from.
Warm regards,
Dr. R. Panzanelli

I am writing to share my experience with Anothony Perez as a warning to others. Anothony Perez maliciously distributed my private photos to my contacts without my consent following my rejection of him. Despite my clear communication about not wanting a relationship, he retaliated by sending intimate images. This act constitutes revenge porn and is legally actionable. Additionally, Perez exhibited concerning behavior towards another individual and displayed manipulative tendencies towards me. His persistent attempts to control my whereabouts and engage in inappropriate requests made me uncomfortable. I will be taking legal measures to protect myself and prevent further harm from Perez. It is essential for others to be cautious of his predatory behavior, as I intend to seek justice for myself and any other potential victims.

Please consider reducing the frequency of airing reruns. As a long-time television viewer since [redacted], I recall the early days of TV in Richmond, VA, when colorful faces often appeared purple on our screen due to the technology of the time. The memories of gatherings around our 10" TV set to watch classic shows like Jerry Lester, The Bonnie Maid Tile Show, Uncle Miltie, and Amos and Andy are cherished. Nowadays, it feels like there is an overabundance of repetitive content on TV. While we appreciate the need for seasonal breaks, it would be nice to see more variety or new programs introduced during these times. Additionally, the onslaught of repetitive commercials featuring interracial couples can be off-putting. This has led us to seek entertainment through classic movies instead.

I keep receiving emails from "GET HUMAN" regarding my complaint about CBS showing too many repeats and featuring commercials with interracial couples and products like condoms and Tampax. In my opinion, it's straightforward to solve this issue. CBS should have its season run from September to June to align with viewers returning from summer vacations. They could introduce new shows during the summer that might become regular programs. Additionally, they should avoid airing offensive commercials, including those depicting interracial couples and products like condoms and feminine hygiene items. I hope this clarifies my concerns for you.

I am a CBS All Access subscriber and I have paid for this month's subscription. However, since yesterday, I've been unsuccessful in logging into my account. Despite attempting various methods, my password is not being accepted. I have not received any emails from CBS, as the system claims. Furthermore, it appears that CBS does not acknowledge Xfinity in southern Vermont, my current location.
I contacted customer service, but the recorded message informed me to call back during regular business hours, which it currently is.
I need assistance in restoring access to my account.

As a journalist with a degree from a prestigious school in the 80s, I feel the need to address the decline in CBS's news reporting quality. While CBS used to be a reliable news source, it now seems to lean heavily towards a Democratic bias.
We need fresh and unbiased news outlets in our country. The current trend of canceling certain individuals is concerning, even extending to billionaires. CBS must be cautious as their subpar reporting is evident to all, including loyal Democrats.
I, like many others, have long stopped watching CBS. Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida is commendable, leading a successful state. Those unhappy with this reality can retreat to their opulent mansions in heavily taxed Democratic states. 🇺🇸🤣

I reside in Palm Springs, California, and am experiencing difficulties recording or watching several CBS shows that I have followed for years. Despite subscribing to Paramount Plus (formerly CBS Access), the blocked shows only offer programs that are weeks old, such as the most recent "60 Minutes" episode being from March. DIRECTV claims it is not their concern. This issue has persisted for over a year, with varying explanations given, including "negotiations" problems between local CBS affiliates and other companies. I am puzzled by the arbitrary selection of shows that I can access. How can this situation be explained or rectified? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

CBS has been charging me $5.99 monthly for over a year, despite not using the app for two years. I cannot recall my sign-in details. I discovered a cancellation processed 23 months ago, but then they resumed charging me 21 months ago. Frustrated and disappointed. I noticed they don't include their name or contact information on bank statements like Netflix or Hulu do. Makes canceling cumbersome. I urgently need CBS to halt withdrawals and provide a refund for the past 12 months. TV isn't free, but I haven't utilized their app and can't afford this oversight.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing your cbsnews.com site. When I try to log in, sometimes it indicates that the password is incorrect. After resetting it, I can successfully log in, but then I am prompted to complete tasks. To activate my free membership fully and access the site to join the community, I am required to verify my email address by clicking on a link in an email sent to [redacted]
I have not received any email from your site. I have been turning to CNN and ABC for news instead of enjoying CBS as I did before. This issue is preventing me from using your site effectively, and I believe others may be facing the same challenge.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the possibility of introducing an over-the-air TV music channel. This venture is a growing opportunity with increasing popularity. Although not as prominent as cable TV, OTA channels reach a demographic often overlooked. With millions of people using streaming services and OTA channels now, the addition of a music channel, featuring content from the 80s onwards like music videos, concerts, and biographies, could attract a significant audience. Adding a music channel could be a valuable platform for advertising concert tours and music-related content across all genres. Exploring this avenue could benefit both the channel and the artists by maintaining visibility for future endeavors. I urge you to consider this burgeoning opportunity before competitors seize it. Best regards, Emily Kirk

I am puzzled by the sparse coverage of SpaceX bringing back astronauts who spent six months in outer space. CBS only mentioned it briefly, and it disappointed me. As a CBS fan, I expect more thorough coverage of such significant events. The attention given to William Shatner's brief orbit experience compared to the astronauts returning from a lengthy space journey is not comparable. It's frustrating, but I've expressed my thoughts about it.

I enjoy watching your Prime Time shows, but lately, I've noticed a significant issue with the audio. The music playing during the shows is overpowering the dialog of the actors, making it hard to follow the storyline. It is frustrating as it feels like the volume of the music is much louder than that of the conversations on screen. This imbalance makes it challenging to enjoy the content.
I urge you to consider adjusting the audio levels so that viewers can hear the dialog clearly without being distracted by the loud music. It would greatly improve the viewing experience and allow for better immersion in the stories being told. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly for all viewers to enjoy your shows without any audio disturbances.

I am frustrated about missing episodes of the new C.S.I. Vegas on the local broadcast channel. My daughter and I were eagerly anticipating its start, but for the past 6 or 7 weeks, we have not been able to watch due to unexpected interruptions. I relied on Channel 5 for morning news, afternoon soap operas, and game shows like Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. The sudden disruption has been very disruptive to our daily routine. I hope the situation gets resolved soon, so things can go back to normal.

Upon reviewing my bank statements today, I noticed that my accounts have been charged $4.99 monthly since July [redacted] on one account and $6.53 monthly since October [redacted] on the other. I am uncertain if these charges are related to CBS All Access or Paramount + as I do not have subscriptions to either service. I attempted to access the subscriptions but none of my usual login credentials worked. Earlier this year, I contacted customer service to cancel a CBS subscription due to a similar issue. Despite canceling it then, it appears the problem persists. I would appreciate your assistance in canceling these subscriptions and refunding the charges made for accounts I was unaware of. Thank you for your help.

I am looking for alternative ways to watch my favorite CBS TV shows without being a Verizon subscriber. I regularly follow shows like Young and Restless and others and am disappointed by the current situation. Is there a way to continue viewing CBS programming without Verizon? I am already paying a high monthly fee for Verizon services without premium channels like HBO. I am frustrated by the impasse between CBS and Verizon. I don't want to overspend to access my favorite shows. How can I find a more affordable option to enjoy CBS content without breaking the bank?

I am seeking clarification about the legitimacy of this branch of your television network. CBS Television Network is a prominent commercial wireless television network in the United States. Apart from its main television network, it also operates a radio network and several radio and television stations in various viewing markets. Formerly known as the Independent Broadcasting Company, it was acquired by William Paley in [redacted] and rebranded as CBS. CBSQ was established on June 28, [redacted], offering services in customer advertising, media investment management, and creative solutions. The CBSQ APP platform, created in partnership with multiple collaborators, aims to provide job opportunities and guidance for individuals. However, there seems to be an issue with receiving commissions for completing daily tasks on the platform recently, causing concern among investors like me and my friends from Kenya. We seek clarity on this matter as we eagerly await the resolution.

I came across a video with misleading information that I wanted to address. However, I encountered an issue with your website. The "I am not a robot" confirmation page was not functioning correctly, preventing me from submitting my complaint. The layout of the page was poorly designed, making it impossible to proceed past the verification step. I believe this could be due to compatibility issues with certain browsers, as a well-programmed website should work across all platforms. As for the misinformation in the video, specifically regarding "no-go zones" in Sweden, it is important to fact-check before spreading false claims. I have reported the video on YouTube for its inaccurate content.
