I am confused about the referrals on Bumble after a year. It seems like the app is making decisions for me and has altered the demographics in a way I find unfavorable. I have noticed a shift towards a younger, mostly Asian, demographic which is not aligned with my preferences. I have also observed that slightly older women and women from the San Diego area, which I liked due to my family ties there, have disappeared from my matches. I used to believe that the women appearing on my feed had viewed my profile first and were reaching out after reviewing it. However, the changes in demographics have left me dissatisfied. I am considering leaving Bumble and would like some clarity on how profiles are shown to me. I have a broad range on my profile and am willing to connect with individuals aged 38-72 with no racial preferences. I am open to a conversation to resolve these issues.

I recently experienced an issue where I was unexpectedly removed from the app. The notification mentioned that I was reported by someone, which is confusing to me as I've had very few interactions on Bumble. I suspect that my recent ex-partner may have reported me out of spite following our breakup. However, our separation was amicable despite her desire to reconcile, which I declined. I want to clarify that I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior, whether verbally or physically, during my limited use of the app. The dates I went on were harmless, consisting of outings for ice cream and Chick-fil-A with no negative incidents. They concluded with a cordial hug goodbye. I am at a loss for why this action was taken against me, as I am confident that I have not violated any terms of use.

Dear Bumble Support Team, I recently joined Bumble and connected with a man named Ramneek Arora from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. After chatting for a while, we met in person where he pressured me to have sex in a hotel room. When I refused, he ignored me and left abruptly. I believe his behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. I urge you to block his account to prevent him from harming others. I can provide chat screenshots and further details if necessary. Please take appropriate action to address this issue.

Hi, I believe my account may have been compromised. I attempted to create an account on your website for the first time and used the sign-up option through Facebook. However, when I tried to log in again, the system prompted me to verify my identity by taking a photo close to the camera. Despite multiple attempts, the photos I took were rejected. I also received a strange message suggesting reports about my behavior on the platform, even though I had not interacted with anyone. I suspect my account has been hacked. The system doesn't seem to recognize my face in the photos. I kindly request that you unblock my account or provide guidance on how to resolve this issue. I am unable to contact UK Customer Services or submit the form on your website as the system does not recognize the verification letters. I am experiencing trouble with my app freezing when I try to verify my account. I attempted to verify it multiple times last night, around 10 tries. My name is C. I used to be a Bumble user, but when attempting to access the app, I received a message stating my account was restricted. I am disappointed by this as I have always adhered to the community guidelines. I have never engaged in harassment, shared personal information, used hate speech or violence, or posted any nudity. I have consistently interacted professionally and politely on the platform. I believe there may have been an error on Bumble's part, and I kindly request the reactivation of my account.

On Monday this week, from before September 11th to the early hours of September 12th, everything seemed normal. However, when I woke up on the morning of September 12th and opened the software, I was surprised to see that my account number had automatically returned to the initial registration screen. Despite trying to log in using my mobile phone number for the verification code, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account beyond the initial registration screen. I had recharged my account for one month, and it is due to expire in more than half a month. My account number is +[redacted][redacted].

On Monday of this week, before September 11th, everything was functioning normally. However, on the morning of September 12th, when I tried to access the software, I was redirected to the initial registration page. Despite receiving the verification code on my mobile number, I have been unable to log in due to this duplication issue. Consequently, I have been unable to utilize my weekly membership which has now expired. The mobile number used for logging in is +86-1[redacted]-[redacted]. I am incredibly frustrated with this new App. Despite my efforts to set up my account by following all the prompts, I have been unable to get it to work properly. The fact that I am being asked to pay for a technician to resolve issues with the app is quite disappointing. I have dedicated a significant amount of time to troubleshooting this, and it's disheartening to still not have it up and running. I was merely trying to understand why the app isn't functioning as expected. How can I successfully activate this app and get it to go 'live'?

At the beginning of [redacted], I created a Bumble account, but then suddenly I couldn't log in because it said I was under 18. By now, I am 18, but I cannot access my account no matter what I try, and Bumble support is not responding to me. I don't want to be visible to other users. The account is a year old now, and I can't delete it because I can't log in.
