Booking code BA/MHH2XB, Baggage not arrived in Vancouver: File Reference YVRBA94187/10.AUG23/0402GMT Dear Sir or Madam, During our flight to Vancouver, one of our bags did not arrive. This caused us to delay our entire trip (including ferry reservations) as we rented a motorhome. We stayed in constant communication with British Airways to track the arrival of our bag in Vancouver. We were informed that it would take 2-3 days for the bag to be delivered. We visited the airport multiple times, spoke with your staff, waited for hours, and finally received the bag nearly three days later. Unfortunately, it was also damaged (photos can be emailed to you). Delivering the bag days later to us or the rental station was not an option, as we needed to quickly depart to reach our destinations (ferry connections, etc.) which we missed due to the delay. In summary, we lost two to three valuable vacation days and require a new bag. We flew back with the damaged bag wrapped in tape and plastic. I recently purchased a flight ticket for BA travel from Bermuda to Heathrow for October 26th with a return on November 5th, totaling $[redacted] paid via MasterCard. The confirmation email with the flight details was received on the same day of purchase, September 6th. However, I can no longer locate this email in my inbox, including the flight locator number. Hello, I hope you are well. I am seeking clarification on why British Airways declined to accommodate me, considering I possess all the required documents, including confirmed and return tickets, a UK transit visa, hotel reservation, and COVID-19-related documentation. They have suggested I can travel to Bermuda with just a land card, as it is a visa-free country for Nigeria. I am curious to understand the reason for this decision. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Rosemarie Marquis, and I recently traveled on flight BA0476 from SJC to LHR to BCN with booking reference WCCL8M. Upon arrival in Barcelona on Friday, I collected my luggage from the carousel and discovered that one of the wheels on my newly purchased suitcase was broken. Despite attempting to seek assistance from airline staff and customer service via phone, I was unable to get immediate help. As my luggage wheel is dysfunctional, it is affecting my travel plans across Europe. I am hopeful for compensation for the damage incurred on my Samsonite 27-inch luggage. I received a ticket with reference no. WRBVGI on behalf of Awad/Abdul Rahman who traveled to Cleveland on 25Aug23 and is returning on 21Dec23 via JFK & LHR to CAI. Due to a change in the flight schedule from CLE to JFK, he will miss the connecting flight from JFK to LHR. Could you kindly arrange alternative flights from JFK to LHR and LHR to CAI? I suggest booking on BA182 and BA [redacted] with seats available in the same classes. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response. Thank you.

On December 10th, [redacted], while returning from New York, my luggage was unfortunately misplaced at Heathrow. Upon arriving in Newcastle, I was informed that our bags were not onboard, resulting in a 21-day wait before my suitcase was delivered. I was issued an eVoucher worth £50 to use for prebooking seats with British Airways this November. However, there was confusion about the validity of the eVoucher, and despite receiving it with reference number [redacted]7 and eVoucher number [redacted][redacted], I was unable to use it or receive a refund. I was informed that the eVoucher number did not exist. As British Airways does not offer Duty-Free on Heathrow to New York flights, I kindly request assistance on how to utilize my eVoucher before it expires on 02/01/[redacted]. Thank you, Oshaughnessy.

Upon arriving at JFK on September 30, [redacted], from London Heathrow, we collected our luggage to recheck them for our final destination, CLT. Unfortunately, the staff member at the recheck counter failed to attach new tags to our bags, resulting in two of our three bags being stranded at JFK. We have only received one bag so far. We have filed a report for the lost luggage under JFKBA37374. Any updates on our missing bags would be highly valued. We are hopeful that someone from the baggage department can reach out to us regarding the status of our bags and facilitate their transfer to CLT. Thank you for your assistance.

Reference numbers TO4335 and SAUJV5 were used for my bookings to Santorini in November [redacted]. The departure date was set for the 21st of July [redacted], returning on the 25th of July [redacted] for 5 passengers. I had paid £[redacted] for extra legroom for all passengers on both legs of the journey but did not receive the seats as booked. I submitted a refund request in August [redacted] and was only refunded £[redacted], which is £72 short. Despite numerous calls to resolve the issue, I have only received excuses. I am still waiting for the remaining £72 to be refunded. The lack of service from British Airways in refunding the full amount for the unfulfilled extra legroom is disappointing. I would appreciate a speedy resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I submitted a complaint via BA’s customer service form in June [redacted] regarding a disappointing experience in Club World class from PHL to PRG. One of our assigned seats had a broken TV screen and no tray, making it impossible to enjoy entertainment or meals. Though the staff moved one of us to a different seat, it was not ideal as it was separate from my family and did not recline. The second seat offered no recline, hindering the main purpose of booking Club World for rest. Given the high ticket prices, this was unacceptable. I am seeking recompense such as a refund or a seat upgrade on our return flight. I am still awaiting a response from the airline. Thank you for any guidance.

Hello, Last Friday, I booked 4 Business-Class tickets from Munich to Tucson, Arizona with British Airways over the phone. Payment was only possible via credit card. I provided my personal credit card, but was told the payment didn't go through. I then gave my corporate card as an alternative. After some back and forth, I was informed that the initial payment from my personal card did go through. The payment from the corporate card is therefore no longer relevant and will not be noted in the system. Later on, I received a call stating that both cards were charged the same full flight price. Just now, I was informed that there was an error during booking acceptance and the correct price should have been double the amount, so 2 x [redacted].14 euros for Economy. For Business Class, I was asked to pay over 8,[redacted] euros additionally. I then requested the entire process be canceled and the charges on both cards to be refunded. The call was abruptly ended by the hotline lady, and the line went dead. I have since been in touch with a Senior Adviser (Marco Mihai, Bucharest) who assured me the booking has been canceled and both payments will be refunded. Therefore, there should be no charges on either statement by the end of November. He was supposed to contact me today with a new option, which never happened. Instead, I received a booking confirmation from American Airlines today. Please contact me immediately to resolve this matter. I have officially canceled the booking and now want this confirmed. Traveling from Newcastle to Riyadh with luggage, I informed the British Airways staff at Newell Airport that I wished to retrieve my bags at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh due to the transfer from British Airways to Saudi Airlines during the stopover. They explained that the procedure involved a through ticket to catch the connecting flight without the requirement to recheck the luggage from Heathrow Airport with Saudi Arabian Airlines. However, my baggage failed to make it onto the Saudi Arabian Airlines flight, resulting in it arriving in Riyadh separately.

Traveling from Newcastle to Riyadh with luggage has been a bit challenging. When I informed the British Airways staff at Newcastle Airport about wanting to collect my bags at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh due to the transfer from British Airways to Saudi Airlines, they explained their service to me. I was told that the process usually involves only boarding the next plane without needing to re-claim luggage. However, my baggage did not make it onto the Saudi Arabian Airlines flight and went ahead to Riyadh without my belongings.

Hello, I am planning a trip from Israel to Manchester on December 9th. I have located a suitable flight departing from Tel Aviv around 6am. My concern is the current absence of British Airways flights from Israel, which might change. If I book the flight and it is subsequently canceled by British Airways due to safety concerns in Israel, will I receive a full refund for the canceled flight? Thank you.

Cancelled Flights - Booking Confirmation Code: 37Y43Q. While in London, our flights to FCO were canceled twice - first BA546 and then the rebooked BA558. After over 26 hours late, we finally boarded BA538 to FCO, our final destination. We were stranded in LHR for more than 24 hours, leading to stress, frustrations, and extra expenses. Are we eligible for compensation for this inconvenience?
