Brinkmann Corporation Customer Service Issues

I have a Brinkmann Gas Grill (Model [redacted]C) that I have meticulously maintained. Despite regular cleaning and covering to protect it from the weather, the burners are rusted and deteriorating at the flame transfer tubes. The welds are failing, signaling the need for replacements. Even though the grill is only two seasons old and used sparingly, the burners are in poor condition. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Brinkmann online, and their [redacted] Customer Service number is disconnected. Hello, I own a Brinkmann 4-burner grill and recently encountered an issue where the gas wasn't igniting. Upon inspection, I discovered that the igniter collector box had become loose. I am unsure how to properly reattach it even after several attempts. I have images available, but I am unable to upload them here. The Brinkmann flashlight I recently encountered failed after replacing the batteries, despite proper installation of new batteries. This issue has occurred with all Brinkmann flashlights I have owned in the past, including ones purchased at Home Depot. It seems that the flashlights cease to work properly after battery replacement, regardless of the installation direction. I am puzzled as to why these flashlights continue to be manufactured and sold when they fail to function with new batteries. Could there be a problem causing the bulb to burn out or preventing electrical contact due to corrosion? It's disappointing to see well-made flashlight bodies rendered useless after the initial battery usage, unlike my Husky brand flashlights that have withstood multiple battery changes. Hopefully, there can be improvements in the design to address these issues. - Ed O.

I purchased 34 Heritage solar lights for a church Mother's Day project. I removed the tab from each battery slot to charge them outside, but none of the lights are turning on. Since all the lights have the same serial number and I found a wire not soldered inside one of them, I'm concerned that they're all defective. I hope they can be replaced quickly to avoid disappointed mothers on Mother's Day. The model is Heritage [redacted]-02 solar lights.

I was an employee of Brinkman until the plant closed in Shreveport, LA in [redacted]. In [redacted], I was injured and started receiving Disability in [redacted]. In November [redacted], my Disability was suspended because of a reported Workman's Comp claim from Brinkmann, which I never received. I urgently need a statement from Brinkmann confirming this to bring to the Social Security office tomorrow. I've had no income since November and am unable to pay rent or utilities.
