Breyers Ice Cream Customer Service Issues

On June 4, [redacted], I bought Breyer’s Delights, Creamy Chocolate, and Mint Chip flavors at my nearby Rite Aid store. Both containers appeared to be spoiled, with around 1 inch missing from the top and an unusual formation on the surface. I decided not to eat them and returned them to the store on June 19, [redacted]. I'm concerned about the quality of other Breyer’s ice creams at this store and other locations, as this issue could pose a risk to residents and customers. I also purchased two pints of a different brand on the same day, and they were fine. I have pictures of the Breyer's ice creams if you need them. However, recently we bought two boxes and noticed that the texture was gritty, almost like they were freezer burnt. Even after buying from a new shipment, the issue persisted with two different boxes. We also purchased "Carb Smart: Chocolate" bars, which had the normal perfect texture. I was excited to discover a new flavor by Breyer's - a 2 in 1 Snickers and M&M Mini mixed with chocolate. Although I typically don't prefer Snickers, I love M&M's, so I decided to give it a try. However, after having a few scoops, I was disappointed to find that the tub was mostly filled with the Snickers portion and very little M&M's. I expected an equal mix as advertised. Being a loyal Breyer's customer, this lack of balance in the flavor was disheartening. I even checked the bottom of the container to find more M&M's, but no luck. Hello, my name is Angela T. and I am diabetic, so I always seek out no sugar added ice cream. I've come across "No Sugar Added" Breyers ice cream, but unfortunately, apart from Vanilla and Butter Pecan, the only flavor available is Butter Pecan. As Vanilla is not an option for me, I always end up with Butter Pecan. I would greatly appreciate having more flavor options without added sugar. I bought the ice cream at a Food Lion grocery store on Graham St. in Charlotte, NC, and I have yet to see any other flavors besides the ones I mentioned.

Purchased two containers of peach ice cream at Publix on Airport Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama. Disappointed to find no peach chunks in both containers. Have been loyal customers for years due to the minimal ingredients in your ice cream. Concerned if this lack of peaches is a one-time issue or a permanent change. I encountered a delivery driver driving recklessly on the highway with the license plate 58013M2. This driver, a white female with light brown hair in a ponytail and wearing glasses, was speeding at about 85-90 mph on highway 50 toward Sacramento. She cut me off near Shingle Springs, causing me to worry about my seven-year-old son's safety. She was weaving in and out of traffic in a Dreyer's delivery truck, displaying dangerous driving behavior. It's concerning that she could have caused an accident. Hello, I purchased Carb-Smart Neapolitan ice cream last week, but upon opening it, I found it consisted mainly of strawberry with very little vanilla and chocolate. As I reached a third of the container, it turned into pure strawberry. I have photos documenting this if needed. The bar code number on the package is [redacted]. This was quite disappointing as the appeal of Neapolitan ice cream is the trio of flavors. I believe a replacement of this container with the correct mix is warranted.
