Subject: Defective Braun Coffee Machine - Follow-Up Dear Support Team, I am writing for the 5th time regarding my defective coffee machine. Despite sending pictures and receipts of the issue, I have not received a concrete response yet. The serial number of the faulty coffee machine is [redacted]. I am following up as advised by your representative, who mentioned that upon receiving the necessary documents, a replacement would be sent. I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication. I initially contacted your team and was given the reference number [redacted]. Attached are the pictures and receipts of the Braun coffee maker, model KF7020, which I purchased a year ago. Despite its reputation for quality, the heating plate is deteriorating prematurely. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Please provide an update on the status of my case. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Gary Maddison

I bought a Braun BT5060 from Amazon with the expectation that it would come with a foil shaver attachment as shown in the product picture. However, upon delivery, the foil shaver was missing. Amazon informed me that Braun's customer service claimed the foil shaver was not part of the product. I would like the item picture to be corrected if the foil shaver is not included. Furthermore, I believe I should receive the foil shaver attachment as that was the main reason I purchased the product. I believe this discrepancy is a case of misrepresentation and false advertising. I am hopeful for a favorable resolution. Thank you.

I need to return two pairs of slippers I purchased for my daughters for Christmas. Due to the lockdown, they only tried them on recently and found them too big. Can I return them and exchange for a better size once they're in stock again? Unfortunately, I've misplaced the return form, so could you please send me another copy? Thank you for your assistance.
