My 13-year-old daughter saved up money to shop at your Smithhaven Mall location in Lake Grove, NY. Unfortunately, she was left upset after finding that nothing in your store fit her. At 5 feet 5 inches and size 6, she felt terrible about herself, especially when her smaller friends found items they liked. As a brand targeting young girls, it's important to include diversity. My average-sized, African American daughter with natural curves should feel valued as a customer too. It's crucial for young girls to see themselves represented and accepted. Good afternoon, Today I received the order for my daughter, but when she checked it, she noticed that an item was missing. While I can´t prove it, she believes the mistake occurred because two of the jeans she ordered have very similar references and names. The missing jeans are the ones with the reference MRR130-Y2090SA1000LW (Addison jeans S). It is evident in the document I sent that this reference is quite similar to the pants below with the reference MRR130P-Y2090SA1000LW; the only difference is the "P" in the middle. I paid 38 euros for these pants, but they did not come with the order. Please send them to me as soon as possible or refund the money. Kind regards, Catarina P.

The website assured me that my credit card would not be charged until the order shipped, but I was still charged despite the cancellation. 3. A refund has not been issued to my account since September 6, even after checking with my bank routinely. 4. Contacting Customer Service has been challenging due to slow responses, which is concerning as I will be leaving the US soon. 5. I was unable to obtain an ARN to verify the Voided Refund, a crucial number according to my bank for confirming the refund's legitimacy. As a devoted Brandy Melville fan and foreign customer, I am deeply disappointed by these issues. I hope outlining my concerns provides clarity for a prompt resolution. Please assist me at your earliest convenience.

While browsing the website, I noticed that among the categories available for shopping are "just in," "basics," "clothing," "graphics," "accessories," "gift cards," AND OLIVE OIL. This has been on my mind for days, and I can't seem to make sense of it. Can you please provide me with an explanation for this decision?
