I recently received a ring labeled as the "All My Love Diamond Ring" in size 11 from your company. The enclosed invoice mentions a remaining balance of $48.61, but I did not place an order for this item. On February 8, [redacted], I actually ordered the "Pride of the USMC" ring in white topaz, size 11, and sent a check payment (No.[redacted]) for $[redacted].99. After reviewing the ring's brochure, I noticed an additional $12.98 for shipping that I missed including in my payment. My late husband, who was a Marine, inspired this purchase. I need assistance logging into my account to track the status of an order for 2 bracelets for my granddaughters, which are needed for graduation. I recently submitted an order for a bracelet with incorrect names. I would like to change the names listed on the bracelet to those of my grandchildren. The correct names are as follows: Hannah (March), Ellie (March), Kate (April), Charlie (May), Cassie (February), Jessica (September), Claire (December), Nicholas (March), Liam (May), and Henry (January). I placed an order for the Disney rose vase some time ago. When it arrived, the flowers were all squashed and the vase was damaged. I contacted customer service, and Bradford kindly replaced the item. I decided to donate the damaged one to charity. Unfortunately, the replacement vase also had issues, as the vases were completely detached from the base. Thankfully, my husband caught it before it fell. After contacting customer service about two to three weeks ago, I was supposed to receive instructions via email to return the item, but I never received them, possibly sent to the wrong email address. I am still hoping to make this vase work for my daughter's wedding gift in September. I am uncertain if I need to return the current vase before receiving another one. I tried calling on Monday the 8th, but the office was closed, so I am reaching out this way for assistance.

I am willing to return the coin if it arrives in the future. 2. I am being bombarded with numerous solicitations in my mailbox daily. I am only interested in the Queen Elizabeth II coins that I collect, specifically the Platinum Jubilee and Gold Memorial Coins. Since relocating from Fort Gibson to Broken Arrow, OK, in February, I have not received any QEII coins. Despite the mail from Bradford offering various collectibles, I believe you have my updated address. I am unsure if you have sent additional QEII coins, but I have not received any. 3. Recently, my adult daughter, age 50, started purchasing Mickey Mouse items from your collection and cherished them. Following her passing in March, I have been sorting through her belongings to determine how best to honor her memory. Most items have found interested recipients, except for one particular olive green handbag adorned with Mickey Mouse designs. It carries a Disney tag but does not seem to be available on your current website. I am unsure of its original purchase date and cost. I placed an order for the Queen Elizabeth II Locomotive when you first offered it earlier this year. I have yet to receive it, despite my building manager carefully checking all received packages for the past 3 months. Your package did not show up in our system. My name is Robert F. I recently subscribed to the National Park $2 bills collection. I needed to update my shipping and billing addresses. During my call to customer service, I was informed that I would have to cancel my existing order and place a new one with the updated information. Alternatively, I could settle the remaining balance to avoid this. I opted for the latter and have since received the outstanding bills. However, I have now noticed unauthorized charges for coins. I wish to cancel all current orders and discontinue any future shipments from Bradford. I am baffled by the unexpected charges and shipments of items I did not approve.

I recently lost my husband and was extremely surprised to receive a memorial plaque with his name on it in the mail. I did not order this plaque and am upset to have received a bill for $87.00 for it, signed by Robert Thomas. I have made multiple requests through email and the Bradford's form for Return Address Labels in July and August but have not received them from with Bradford. I need to find an alternative way to return two Coin Sets which include: a set of 12 'One Crown' Proof Coins for Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee, and a set of 6 'One Crown' Proof Coins for Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee. I am disappointed with the lack of response from Bradford and will have to look into alternate options for returning the sets.

I have reached out to Bradford through both regular email and their online form in July and August, requesting Return Address Labels, but have not received them. I need to return two Coin Sets: a set of 12 'One Crown' Proof Coins commemorating Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee and a set of 6 'One Crown' Proof Coins for Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee. Since I have not received the labels, I will need to find an alternative method to return these sets.
