Yesterday morning, I made a deposit on Bovada to play. The first time I submitted it, the payment appeared as declined on the screen, but it actually processed. I resubmitted the same information, and this time it went through. After playing and losing, I later checked my account to find out that both payments were processed. I contacted Bovada about being double charged. They initially insisted the first payment declined, then mentioned it was for insurance purposes. This was confusing as the transactions were not identical. I explained that only one deposit was authorized, and the unauthorized second charge caused an overdraft fee. I provided the bank statement as requested, but by the end of the day, no refund had been issued, and I was charged an additional $35. Customer support informed me it would take 10 days to refund the extra charge without consent. This situation is unacceptable, and I require a prompt resolution to avoid further fees.

I received an email on 09/26 Sunday stating that my account was temporarily disabled. Here is a copy of the email I sent: Hello, I am inquiring about the issue regarding my account, email: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. On Sunday, 09/28, my account was disabled in the morning. I immediately contacted customer support, and they mentioned a 24-48 hour response time. However, I have not received any updates yet. I was informed it might be due to a Terms of Service violation. I referred my mother to this site a month ago, sharing the same last name but residing in different cities. I can provide proof of this with our driver's licenses. Regarding bonus manipulation accusations, it does not make sense considering my significant deposits and wagers consistently. All wagers are on sports events with clear outcomes. Please review and lift the account disablement. It is disheartening to face such inconveniences after referring others. Nevada disabled my account after six months, claiming I was in New York. They were aware of my location for the past six months. As long as I have an account, they should not block me for access in a state they don't serve. Is there a solution available for use in multiple states? I briefly traveled to New York, and they suspended my account. They mentioned a 48-hour wait to regain access, which has passed, but I still cannot log in.

My account on Bovada got disabled recently after six months of use. They claim it's because I accessed it from New York, which is odd as they were aware of my location for the six months prior. Generally, you aren't allowed to create an account in a state not supported by Bovada, although you can still use your account if you move to another state. I am frustrated because during an online poker game with 16 players, there was a sudden glitch where only I couldn't make a move for about ten minutes, causing me to lose a significant amount of money.
