I bought a Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution Carpet and upholstery cleaner on 05/12/22. The carpet cleaner was okay, but the upholstery cleaner's water pump stopped working after a few weeks. By the time I tried to return it to the store, I was past the 30-day return policy. I felt stuck. Needing a carpet/upholstery cleaner, I bought the same model on 07/18/22. Unfortunately, it didn't work properly from the start, with the same issue as the first one. I've made 17 calls to Bissell without success. I've spent hours on hold and tried the call-back option, but never heard back from them. I just want one working machine and can't afford to buy a third one. I can return the second machine, but I'm unable to return the first one due to being past the return window and not keeping the box. I have receipts for both purchases. I'm a senior citizen who needs help resolving this matter with Bissell.

I purchased a Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro All in One Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner and Mop for Hard Floors and Area Rugs, model number 2306A, for my daughter. I already own a Crosswave that I adore, but her model has a different issue I noticed. The clean water container in hers is not like mine. It has two holes near the bottom (a black circle on the right side), causing it to leak water while filling. I temporarily solved this by covering the holes with my fingers during filling and installation, and it worked properly afterward. I am unsure if this design variation is normal for the Pet Pro version or if it is a defect in this specific unit.

I returned my new Bissell Hydrosteam, model #[redacted], because it was completely nonfunctional. Despite contacting customer support and attempting troubleshooting steps, it remained unusable. Following the representative's advice, I sent it back on August 25, [redacted]. I was assured a replacement would be sent. However, as of September 5th, I have not received any communication regarding my new unit. This lack of updates has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service. Attempts to reach out via phone have resulted in long wait times and no resolution. I am hoping for a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you, Bob Kittle.

I received my cordless air ram about a month ago. I used it once and it worked fine. Then, when I tried to use it a few days ago, it started but stopped suddenly. The battery was fully charged. I removed the battery and tried it in my second air ram on the second floor, and it worked well there. So, I believe it's not the battery but the part where you place your foot to start the machine. Since it's new, I am wondering how I can get it fixed promptly. Thank you for your quick response.
