Better Homes and Garden Magazine Customer Service Issues

It felt like there were more advertisements than articles in the magazine. I counted and found 37.5 pages of ads out of [redacted] pages. It seems like I'm paying to read ads instead of content about Homes & Gardens. Even the recipes didn't seem appealing and were off base. I recently renewed my subscription and received a crock-pot recipe booklet, but if those are the best recipes BH&G has, they need to improve. I'm hesitant about renewing my subscription in the future.

I have already cleared my cache, but I am unable to log into my sweepstakes entries for BHG, Shape, InStyle, and Travel & Leisure. Other entries like EW, F&W, People, RS, SL, All Recipes, Daily Paws, and MS are working fine. When I try to access the specific entries for BHG, Shape, InStyle, and Travel & Leisure, I receive an error message stating 'This Space Isn't Ready for Guests.' This issue began approximately two weeks ago. To compensate, I have entered extra times for the ones that do work, such as doubling up on entries for $10,[redacted] InStyle and T&L, and adding extra entries for $25,[redacted] for BHG and Shape. I need assistance with this problem.

I subscribed to the digital version after a free trial last August, but I only received one print issue before being informed that my subscription was switched to digital. However, I haven't received any digital issues since the transition. Emagazines now claims I never had a digital subscription. How can I successfully switch from print to digital, or is this not possible? - Ingrid T.

I recently purchased a table, lamp, and magazine rack from Walmart. Upon unboxing them, I realized all the hardware was missing - nuts, bolts, screws, and tools were nowhere to be found. I returned the items and bought replacements, but unfortunately, those were missing hardware as well. After checking other boxes in the store, I discovered that they were all missing the necessary parts. This is frustrating as I truly want the items, but it's difficult to assemble them without the hardware. Can someone advise me on how to obtain the missing pieces so I can purchase another set and finally put them together? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
