Regarding BW Rewards #[redacted][redacted]:
I used (2) 36,[redacted]-point vouchers for a two-night stay on July 4/5, [redacted], at Brookshire Suites in Baltimore, Maryland. During check-in, I provided (11) $20 travel card numbers from the current summer promotion and covered the remaining balance with my credit card. I have never used any points since joining BW Rewards and did not authorize this redemption. As a loyal Best Western guest, I take pride in earning points and the Diamond Select elite status. Despite other closer options, I consistently choose Best Western for work travel. I find it unfair to lose points this way after showing such loyalty. I kindly request the restoration of my 72,[redacted] points. I have tried contacting customer service by phone but have not yet received a resolution. Thank you. - Alan Crowder
