On June 1, [redacted], I placed an order for a Google Pixel Slate, SKU [redacted], which was supposed to include a free Google Keyboard for Pixel Slate. However, only the Slate was delivered today, and I did not receive the keyboard as promised.
I called in to make the order due to a price match and spoke with Gary, who assured me the keyboard would be included. Unfortunately, it seems to have been left out of my shipment. I urgently need the keyboard for my specific use of the device, and I see there are no available pickups in my area.
If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if the keyboard could be expedited to me, ideally overnight, to make up for the delay in its delivery. This would allow me enough time to properly test the Slate within my intended usage before the return period is affected.

I own an LG 50UH5530 50-inch TV and have a protection plan with the number [redacted]. The TV repair parts have been at our house since mid-March. Unfortunately, we have been unable to get the Geek Squad at the Michigan Walker Store on Alpine Ave to return and complete the repair. Despite repairing other appliances, they have not scheduled our TV repair. I urge the Best Buy Walker store to either promptly schedule the repair for our TV or provide us with a replacement TV. We have invested in a protection plan, and it is disappointing not to receive the service we have paid for. Thank you, Sharon.

I purchased a computer at Best Buy in Springfield, VA on 3/19/[redacted]. After receiving an email to pick it up on 3/25/[redacted], I went to the store within an hour only to find out it had already been picked up by someone else. I requested a credit to my account but was informed it couldn't be done. Despite contacting various departments and visiting the store twice to speak with managers, I have had no luck resolving this issue. My only request is for my account to be credited for the amount of the purchase since I did not receive the product.

I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and then bought Office Home and Student for $[redacted]. During the installation process, I encountered an error message instructing me to call a support number. After getting in touch with them, they claimed my computer had Trojan viruses preventing the software installation. The company, Comptrue, offered to clean my computer and install Microsoft Office for an additional $[redacted]. I'm now unsure if this was a legitimate service or a scam. I regret not returning the software to Best Buy. I feel uneasy about the situation and wish I hadn't gone through with the additional payment, as I fear I may have been deceived. Unfortunately, it seems it may be too late to take any action at this point.

I have ordered a TV and TV stand, scheduled for delivery this coming Sunday. Today, only the stand was delivered to the wrong house. I'm at work and unable to retrieve it myself. I am frustrated since I've been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes. The representative assured me that someone would assist, but I was placed on hold again. I'm upset as this has caused issues at work and I missed a sale. I need a prompt resolution. The company must retrieve the stand from the wrong address and bring both the stand and TV to my house. I am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation.

I purchased an HP laptop six months ago along with a Geek Squad protection plan. The touchpad is defective, rendering me unable to open the computer or have any control over it. Despite multiple repairs - four times sent to Kentucky, four times worked on in-store by Geek Squad, and five remote service sessions - the issue persists. During the last repair visit, the manager attempted to replace the computer but was unable to do so. After contacting Customer Care, Best Buy support, and Geek Squad numerous times, no resolution has been reached. Yesterday, I spoke with Claudia from Customer Care who agreed to replace the computer, pending approval from a supervisor. She was supposed to call me back within an hour but has not done so as of yesterday at 11:00. As a loyal customer who recently spent $15,[redacted] on appliances and electronics, I find it disheartening that I am unable to have this computer issue resolved promptly.

Recently got the BDP-S1700 DVD. The description mentioned "other streaming services," including Amazon Prime Video. After setting it up, Amazon Prime Video was not available. According to the forum, models after SN #[redacted] do not support it. I am preparing to return it, but can't contact the store and can't print the return label. The order is still in transit. My delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday, but the truck never came. Best Buy called me around 8 PM last night to inform me that the delivery has been rescheduled for Friday, June 19. However, this morning, I got an email from Best Buy asking me to select a new delivery date, but Friday wasn't even an option. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with Best Buy. I chose to purchase this dryer from Best Buy specifically for the early delivery date, so I am truly disappointed with the service provided.

I dropped off my computer for repair on 06/11/[redacted] due to email issues and other problems. I was informed there was a virus and signed up for the Total Tech Support service. After receiving no updates, my home phone was also affected. I called on 06/18 and was told it was ready for pick up. Upon using it, I encountered the same issues with emails and Outlook that I had asked to be fixed. I was unable to access my account and was prompted to update my information. Despite trying to resolve this through calls, I haven't been able to get the help needed. I appreciate any assistance in fixing my computer concerns.

Hello there, I'm trying to inquire about receiving calls on a Google Nest Mini connected to a smartphone with Tracfone service. I'm exploring using this setup as a voice phone for a visually impaired elderly person. While the general opinion indicates it might not be possible, I came across conflicting updates suggesting it could be done. Can the Google Nest Mini be configured to function as a voice phone if connected to a smartphone in the same room at all times? If not, is there another Google device capable of this? I find it odd that this functionality is not available considering the capabilities of devices like Apple Watches. I purchased Sony Earphones online from Best Buy but my son, who lives out of town, warned me not to give them to my 86-year-old husband because he might break them by wearing them in bed. On June 30, [redacted], I bought a 65" LG TV from the Orland Park, IL store. Despite being informed they were out of stock on hand, I was directed to the Bolingbrook warehouse for pickup. Accompanied by my son-in-law and grandson, they were instructed as if it was a return, causing confusion. Even after requesting to contact the Orland store to resolve the misunderstanding, they left without the TV due to labeling issues. After making additional trips, it was discovered my paid order had been mistakenly canceled. A new delivery was scheduled for July 4, [redacted], with a promised notification the day before regarding the delivery window, which never occurred. As a result, I waited the entire morning on the holiday and did not receive the TV. I expect some form of compensation for the multiple inconveniences faced, such as having Geek Squad install the TV or a credit to my credit card.

I purchased an item on July 2, [redacted], and picked it up from the store on July 8, [redacted], only to find it damaged. Despite my efforts to reach out for assistance, I have been met with unresponsiveness. Yesterday, I requested a call back that never occurred, and even the live chat disconnected.
Today, when I spoke to a representative and asked for a Supervisor or Management, I believe I was transferred back to the store without success. It's frustrating to be sold a damaged product and then not receive appropriate support in resolving the issue, especially considering the inconvenience of returning it to the store, which is a 30-minute drive each way for me.
The situation is becoming cumbersome, especially because I needed this item urgently due to my previous fridge breaking down and not being repairable until August.

I recently purchased a dishwasher with installation scheduled for 7/8/20. Prior to the installation, a plumbing issue needed resolution. The problem was fixed the same day. Subsequently, I set an installation appointment for 7/16/20 at 7 am. After receiving text and email confirmations, I later received updates requesting a new schedule. Despite making seven calls and receiving four appointments, all were automatically canceled. In my last two calls to Geek Squad, the customer service representatives disconnected the call. I am seeking assistance in resolving the situation promptly and would like to request the recordings be reviewed. Kindly address the issue at hand or provide a refund for the service.

I recently brought in my Lenovo Chromebook because the touch screen wasn't working. Although the Geek Squad tried to fix it, the screen only worked for about 10 minutes before failing again. I contacted customer service who mentioned that the store could potentially warranty it out with my insurance. The Geek Squad employee turned the computer on, and initially, it was working fine, but later I started getting a "Hard Drive Not Installed" message. I tried to explain the issue, but it was difficult to schedule another appointment promptly. The follow-up service I received was not satisfactory, as the staff member didn't thoroughly test my laptop. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns, the customer service experience was frustrating. I require my laptop to be examined and repaired promptly, ideally before the next appointment on July 23.
