Benjamin Moore Customer Service Issues

I used Aura Exterior Paint for my house. I began the complaint process with Elger Ramirez on 7/30/20, but I have not yet received a response. Waiting this long without any reply is not acceptable. I provided pictures showing the paint cracking and what appears to be significant fading, which I believe is excessive for the "Top of the Line" Benjamin Moore Aura paint I purchased. As a long-time Benjamin Moore customer who has never encountered issues before, I urge you to honor the guarantee of the Aura product and the Benjamin Moore reputation. I am following up on my previous email regarding an issue I had with Arborcoat Solid Paint purchased from Katz Hardware in Glastonbury, CT on 5/14/[redacted]. I trusted this product recommendation as a long-time customer of BM paints. After spending time and money on applying the paint to my deck, it started peeling within a month. I am disappointed in the outcome as it means I will need to redo the work to fix the problem. I am attaching pictures for reference.
