The introductory rate started at $29.95 in 2[redacted], but it has increased over time to the current bill of $59.00. Unfortunately, this ISP is the only provider in our area, making it feel like a monopoly. Cable internet is not an option, leaving us with only DSL, which offers mediocre speeds of 6Mbps download and 0.47Mbps upload. With no competition, we feel trapped into accepting these high costs for subpar service, which has been tough on our wallet. We appreciate the support. We have been following your site for many years now.

My wife's email account, [redacted], has been inaccessible for four weeks. We have attempted to answer security questions without success. I understand that AT&T and Bellsouth have merged and that Yahoo now manages Bellsouth emails to some extent. I discovered an unauthorized account, [redacted], with a different phone number not associated with us. It seems Yahoo may have restricted her account. AT&T transferred Bellsouth emails to Yahoo years ago, keeping the bellsouth.net part of the username unchanged. I am seeking access to [redacted] My AT&T account number is [redacted]64. Despite the transition from Bellsouth to Yahoo, I request help to resolve this issue. Thank you. Kenneth M.

My Bellsouth email account was compromised by malware, resulting in unauthorized activity sending money solicitations and rerouting emails to a Nigerian IP address. After seeking help from Bellsouth to remove the malware and changing my password multiple times, my account appears to be functioning normally. Yet, I am troubled by a persistent "Chrome Windows" icon associated with Nigerian IP addresses in the recent activities section. I remain uncertain if this could indicate ongoing unauthorized access to my account. Despite my efforts, the icon reappears even after dismissing it. I seek guidance on whether this icon poses a threat and how to address this concern. Thank you.
