Hello, I work for Avedo.
For some time now, we have been receiving a bonus in the form of credit on your card. I have not activated this yet.
Now, when I try to register, I am told that a code has been sent to the email address I provided. However, I never registered an email address, so I can't access the code that was sent.
What can I do to activate my card since there should already be some credit on it.

I purchased a SIM card for [redacted] soms on July 3rd. However, when I installed your app yesterday, I saw an option for [redacted] soms and switched to it. I then contacted your representative to revert to my original plan and add my preferred country, the USA. I was informed that they would call me so I could activate it with the provided code, but I have not received any call yet. I urgently need to make phone calls. Please verify my status and assist me in enabling phone call functionality promptly. Please provide information in Russian. My phone number is [redacted].
