I have decided to stop purchasing "My Pillow" products due to the owner's political views. While freedom of speech is critical, I feel offended by the actions taken against individuals who have differing political opinions. By demonstrating your political stance, you have lost my support as a customer. I am now no longer shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Many others may follow suit, increasing My Pillow's business significantly. Remember what happened to Chick Fil A when they faced politicization? Their business thrived. I believe companies should keep their political views separate and refrain from denigrating those with opposing views, as it was done in this instance. My loyalty to BB&B has ceased.

I am expressing my disappointment with the customer service I received this morning. Yesterday evening, I bought an outdoor doormat at the Greendale, WI store. The shelf displayed a price of $14.99, but I was charged $24.99. When I called the store this morning, after being on hold for a while, the staff member seemed aware of my concern about the price difference. She mentioned they were out of stock and insinuated that they sold out after 7:30 pm the previous night. She checked again and concluded that the $14.99 price was for a different boxed item with a matching skew. I found her responses unsatisfactory, from denying having the item to mentioning the skew. I simply wanted the discrepancy addressed calmly and clearly. - Liz

I am not concerned with Mike Lindell's personal beliefs. What worries me is the impact of "Cancel Culture" on everyone's freedom of speech. It's alarming. Corporations should focus on selling excellent products and avoid getting involved in political controversies. I used to shop frequently at BBB, located just a mile away. Despite having the App and being a loyal customer, my family and I will no longer support your stores until this issue is addressed. I can find everything I need elsewhere. Recently, I purchased a My Pillow mattress topper directly from their website after being impressed by a TV ad. The My Pillows I own were also bought from BBB. I urge you to reconsider this decision.

I recently canceled my Beyond Plus membership, but I would like a refund for the fee. I have been a loyal customer at Bed Bath for many years. With my daughter's upcoming wedding next October, the benefits of the plus membership would have been appreciated.
