I recently signed up a client who ordered the 21DF and 21DFE performance pack due to dairy intolerance after stomach surgery. She requested vegan Barista Shakeology, vegan Recover, and fruit punch Energize. However, she received the wrong items twice, including the 3 Day Refresh box, whey-based products, and incorrect flavor of Energize. She also didn't receive the Portion Fix containers, shaker cups, or tote bag. Customer service accused her of lying which is upsetting. I am frustrated on her behalf and find this unacceptable. She spent nearly $[redacted] and deserves the correct items. I am reaching out to address this issue promptly with upper management. Thank you.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, while dealing with a work-from-home routine, I decided to try out a free trial of BeachBody on Demand. Unfortunately, around the same time, I discovered that my identity was stolen. I had fraudulent claims made in my name which led to me contacting credit bureaus and various government agencies. Additionally, I found unauthorized charges on some of my credit accounts, forcing me to cancel them. Amid this chaos, I received a reminder email from BeachBody, prompting me to remember the trial I had signed up for. However, due to my cards being canceled, I struggled to cancel the trial on the website. I've attempted to resolve this matter multiple times but have found the site difficult to navigate without an intention to make a purchase. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as I am unsure of the next steps to take. Thanks, Christine J.

I placed an order for the BE100 book about a week and a half ago, and today I received 2 containers of Energize instead. The packing slip indicated it was the BE100 book, but it was incorrect. Initially, I was signed up for the MBF challenge by my coach instead of the MM100 program, costing me an extra $23 to purchase the correct book. Now, on day 11/[redacted], I still do not have the BE100 book I need. It is frustrating not to have the essential material for the program's success. I believe I should receive what I initially ordered without additional charges, especially after receiving the wrong product initially and having to pay extra to rectify the mistake. Could you please ensure I receive the BE100 book promptly?
