I have a concern about the 4-prong cassette tubing being shorter than the three-prong tubing. The 4-prong setup doesn't provide the necessary length for patients to move around, making them almost immobile for 11 hours. Additionally, the drain line is too short to reach the commode for draining, unlike with the drain bag. The tubing length on the 4-prong is inconvenient for both patients and caregivers. Previously, we used the 3-prong, but now with hooking up to 4 bags at night, we are forced to use the 4-prong, which is very inconvenient. Being stuck for 11 hours without being able to move to the bathroom is uncomfortable. Since the machine requires a reclined position, my husband sleeps in the living room with a potty chair, which is not ideal. It would be much better if the tubing length on the 4-prong was as long as the 3-prong for the patient and caregiver's convenience. Thank you, Linda S., wife and caregiver for Lowell S.
