Banner Bank Customer Service Issues

I've been unable to access my account for several days now. Even with Level One Tech Support, my correct username and password confirmed, I can only see vertical blue options on the left side of the screen that do not lead anywhere. I urgently need to log in to print a copy of my latest online balance, but no resolution has been found yet.

A few years back, I transferred my accounts from Chase Bank to Banner Bank due to their offered free checking accounts. Recently, Banner Bank started charging fees for checking. I assumed the minimum balance required was for the total account balance, not individual accounts like Chase did. When I learned this wasn't the case, I promptly adjusted my account to maintain at least $[redacted] per account, but unfortunately, I was charged a fee before the change took effect. Despite my request to reverse the fee being declined, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility, especially considering my substantial investments with the bank. In the current economic climate, losing a customer with significant funds over a small fee seems short-sighted. It's not just about the money; it's about customer satisfaction and relationship management. The handling of this situation has left me questioning the management practices at Banner Bank.
