I had trouble using my card because the strip wasn't working. After waiting a long time on the phone without a response, I visited the bank's website following the phone prompt suggestion for a faster service. I found options to report fraud or a lost/stolen card but couldn't locate advice for a malfunctioning card. I assume the solution was available, but I couldn't locate it on the site. Eventually, I decided to drive to the bank in person, where a helpful employee efficiently resolved the issue for me.
