Bank of America Credit Card Servicing - Priority Card Services Customer Service Issues

My family notified Bank of America of my mother's passing, resulting in her credit card being frozen with $[redacted] in preferred rewards. I was recently informed that my sister and I cannot claim these rewards due to the time elapsed since the card was frozen. We were unaware of any timeframe to recover the rewards, as we were initially told the rewards never expire. I was informed that a condolence letter had been sent to us with the details of the time limit, but we never received it. Believing we needed to complete the probate process before closing our mother's accounts, we only recently submitted the required information. Despite our loyalty to BOA from its predecessor, the Bank of Fort Sam Houston, for over 75 years, we are being denied the rewards. This situation feels unjust and disappointing. Recently, my card was replaced due to suspected fraud, and now I am facing difficulties accessing my account online following another suspected fraud incident two days ago.

This problem persisted since my card was replaced due to suspected fraud several months ago, requiring me to call in monthly to pay my bill. Despite assurances that the issue is resolved, it continues to reoccur, making it inconvenient. I have had this card for 20 years and wish to avoid canceling it, but the monthly inconvenience is becoming intolerable. Following a recent suspected fraud incident, the card is now blocked. I am requesting a reset to remove the blocking message and restore full access to my account for online bill payments.

My wife, Connie Mason, received a call from someone claiming to be Mary Greene about a credit card opened in her name using Connie's Social Security number. They provided a case number [redacted]. Connie did not authorize this and is concerned. We checked our bank account, and there have been no suspicious transactions. We need to verify if this is indeed fraudulent.
