Good afternoon, I am Militza S. and the owner of the Audi in question. The car has been in service and repair over 8 times in [redacted], costing over $12,[redacted]. Most visits resulted in subsequent issues, such as sensor lights turning on, parts missing, poor cleanliness, and odors. The last visit lasted over 2 months, with the car returned dirty and with a foul smell. Though Mr. Leal intervened and I had 5 loaner cars in total in [redacted], my experience with Audi North Miami Service has been a nightmare. An additional problem in December led to a disrespectful 6-hour wait at the dealership, only for the issue to persist after 2 hours. Today, an independent oil change center discovered an oil leak, and after contacting the agent, I was informed no loaners are available until March. With plans to relocate in mid-February, leaving the car for a month or arranging for a March appointment are not viable options. Urgent resolution is needed as my CarMax Care is exhausted and a safety recall is still pending.

Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Recent Audi Service Experience Dear Audi USA, I am writing to relay my deep disappointment with the service I have encountered from your organization. As a devoted customer for a decade, I feel disheartened by the repeated disappointment stemming from your lack of accountability and responsiveness. On December 28, [redacted], my vehicle encountered a breakdown on the highway, necessitating its transport to the Town Motors dealership. Regrettably, Town Motors' handling of the situation has been subpar, specifically in relation to their inability to furnish a loaner car or assist with rental expenses. My interactions with your customer service representative, Jacqueese J, have yielded assurances of a resolution, yet these pledges remain unfulfilled. For your reference, my Audi talk case number is [redacted]9. Initially, I was promised a temporary replacement vehicle while repairs were undertaken. However, upon reaching the dealership, I was notified of the absence of loaner vehicles and an unspecified timeline for the availability of the alternator. Furthermore, I continue to be charged for the lease despite my inability to utilize the vehicle. Despite assurances of escalation, the issue lingers unresolved. The treatment I have endured is entirely unacceptable and disappointing. I insist on prompt action to address and rectify this predicament. As a dedicated patron, I am also concerned about the implications this incident may have for your brand reputation. I anticipate that Audi USA will treat this complaint with the seriousness it warrants and implement measures to prevent such service lapses from recurring. Respectfully, J. Eizikovitz

We have been using the Audi dealership in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts for our car repairs. Last October, our power steering failed during a flood, and we took it to the same dealership we had used previously. Unfortunately, upon getting the car back in December, we discovered the turbo had been damaged, a belt needed replacement, and there were discrepancies like unnecessary refueling and a stray protein shake in the back seat. To add to our troubles, the transmission broke soon after, resulting in a prolonged repair time until March. Reading reviews on Yelp revealed similar experiences from other customers, indicating a pattern of worsening conditions post-service. It's concerning how this reflects on the dealership's honesty and how they represent the Audi brand.

Hello, I recently purchased an Audi Q4 E-tron and had an issue with my car charger within the first month. After contacting Audi USA customer support and scheduling an appointment with Lynbrook Audi dealer, I experienced delays in getting my charger fixed. Despite several attempts and leaving messages, I have not received any callbacks from the service department manager Elliana or Audi USA. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with this situation post-purchase. If anyone has any advice or assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought a used [redacted] Audi A5 Sportback on 04/15/[redacted] and have encountered issues adding myself as a key user on the MyAudi website. When attempting to add my vehicle, an error message stating, "The vehicle cannot be added at this time due to connection problems," appears. Similarly, trying to access the Audi app on my phone prompts an "error in vehicle communications." Even when I try to log in to the MMI in the vehicle, it says "Login unsuccessful, try again later." Additionally, I am unable to pair my cell phone via Bluetooth. After contacting Cadeisha B. on 04/17/[redacted], who requested verification of ownership via email, and speaking with Steven on 04/21/[redacted], who needed screenshots of the errors for IT support, I was informed by Mario on 04/25/[redacted] that the issue was related to an expired service list for the SOS Module, which was reset by the IT department. However, despite driving for over half an hour, the SOS light remains red. Following up with Mario on 04/27/[redacted], he promised to investigate further and provide instructions, but as of today, 05/02/[redacted], I have not received any updates from Audi on this matter.

I brought in my [redacted] RS5 to Braman Audi in West Palm Beach to address an oil filter housing leak. Although they fixed the leak, there were issues with the charge piping and a vacuum line to the turbo wastegate that were not properly re-assembled. I experienced a lack of boost and returned the car to Braman who initially thought it was a turbo issue. However, after taking it to an independent German auto specialist, they identified a cut vacuum line mis-located near a rotating pulley. Despite being under warranty, I had to seek help elsewhere due to the misdiagnosis. I also had a problem with my passenger side seat compressor that Braman did not resolve during the four weeks my car was with them. I am requesting reimbursement from Audi (specifically Braman) for the expenses incurred to rectify the issues they caused and failed to diagnose accurately.

I leased my [redacted] A6 in May [redacted] and purchased a five-year maintenance plan. Audi provided free service for the first three years. However, when I went in for the four-year service, I was informed that my plan was cancelled in June [redacted], just a month after I bought it. Calabasas Audi claims I cancelled the plan, but I haven't received any proof or a refund as they mentioned. I am puzzled as to why Audi serviced my car for three years at no cost if the plan was cancelled. I've asked for clarification and documentation from the dealer but haven't gotten any response to my calls or emails. The four-year service is upcoming, and though I'm hesitant to involve an attorney, I may have to if I don't receive assistance soon.

I am currently part of a class action lawsuit regarding the timing chain in my Audi. Unfortunately, I never received any notification about this known issue or its resolution from Audi. Despite their awareness of the problem, Audi has been unwilling to provide any help or support. It's disappointing that they didn't reach out to the original owners to address this issue, especially considering that they acknowledged the timing chain problem in the same engine and model year when faulty piston rings were replaced.

I adore my [redacted] Audi Q5. It only has 56,[redacted] miles on it. However, during a recent vacation, I encountered a drive system malfunction warning with the check engine light on. This marked the start of my troubles. The dealership at my vacation location said it was fine to drive home, and the Audi performed normally. When I visited my hometown dealership, they diagnosed a faulty turbo caused by a damaged relief valve. The required turbo was out of stock for a lengthy five months, and my repair wasn't covered by the original Audi factory warranty. Even with a 10% discount coupon, the repair cost a steep $3,[redacted].52, catching me off guard for my [redacted] Audi Q5. I have the repair bill ready to share, but I'm seeking assistance from Audi corporate to see if they can offer any help with this unexpected expense or if there is a recall related to this issue. Thank you.

On November 8, [redacted], I purchased a [redacted] Audi A4 sedan from Biener Audi in Great Neck. The car was listed for $25,[redacted] on their website, but they offered it to me for $25,[redacted], which I accepted. However, upon payment, the manager charged me $29,[redacted].44 for the car, $2,[redacted].44 in taxes, $[redacted].00 for a document fee, and $[redacted].00 for plates, totaling $29,[redacted].44 with my $8,[redacted] deposit, making the loan amount $22,[redacted].44. After reviewing the loan agreement at home, I discovered discrepancies totaling approximately $2,[redacted].06. The correct total cost should have been $27,[redacted].38, with a loan amount of $19,[redacted].38. When discussing this with the manager, Mohammad Ali, he justified additional fees of $1,[redacted] for a pre-inspection and $[redacted] for the Title, which I was not informed about by the salesperson. After consultation with my attorney and others, the numbers provided by the manager do not add up correctly, raising concerns about potential sales tax discrepancies and the pre-owned car's existing issues requiring service visits, including faults with ABS, the Communication Module, and Locking Units. Given the concerning reviews and complaints about their business practices, I believe this matter warrants investigation by the relevant authorities for any possible misconduct.
