I am facing difficulty accessing my forum. Everything was functioning well until early Monday morning when I encountered an SQL error preventing me from logging in. Despite reaching out to Arvixe for assistance, they have simply redirected me to the service provider, even though Arvixe is the service provider. They claimed to have resolved the issue, but I am still unable to access my forum. I suspect this may be deliberate as they are pushing me to purchase priority support for an extra $20 per month on top of the $96 I already pay annually. Previously, I received satisfactory support at no additional cost. It feels unfair to be pressured into paying more for assistance when the issues arise from their end.

a. I received a notice from Arvixe about the SSL service expiration and a request for renewal. b. Despite attempting to renew, I couldn't locate the option to do so for the SSL certificate. c. Contacting Arvixe resulted in automated responses without any actual replies. d. I tried using Arvixe Online Support, but was unable to proceed as they asked for a Billing Password I don't have. e. An online conversation with COMODO's Mr. Marc is provided below. f. I made payments of $25.00 on 09.11.[redacted] and $12.95 on 11.11.[redacted] to Arvixe for unspecified services. g. My Support Code is [redacted]31. h. The affected websites are renewablenergypumps.com and FloatNRG.com. Please reply to this email with guidance on how to proceed and any payments needed to reactivate the SSL for both sites. Best regards, Shamil A.

I'm seeking a refund for my VPS account that was inadvertently invoiced and charged while being suspended. My VPS was compromised in Feb [redacted] and suspended. Despite being advised by support that the server could not be reinstated and a new one was needed, this was not actioned. I was recently billed for the account renewal despite its suspended status. Hello Arvixe team, I am having trouble accessing my domain orb-design.com and my Cmail account for the past two weeks. I can't remember the URL for my Cmail account or how to log into my Arvixe account with the server uria.arvixe.com. I have tried various email addresses like [redacted], [redacted], and passwords !!blue27, 1027gogo!!, blue!40! for my Arvixe account without any luck. I am looking to add an SSL Certificate to our church's hosting account for www.rockroadchapel.org under the username rrcsite. Unfortunately, our password is no longer working, and I have been unable to reach anyone at Arvixe for assistance. Could someone from their sales or billing department please contact me? I am a new board member for a small non-profit that hosts its website on Arvixe.com. I am seeking information about the contact email for our domain name renewal, SARAssociation.org. Additionally, as the new treasurer, I am interested in knowing who will receive notifications when our hosting plan renews in August. It seems our website has been compromised as it now displays in Chinese. Given the advanced age of our group members, it is crucial to ensure the correct individuals are notified for renewals.
