This past weekend, I discovered that my account balance had fallen into the negative. I haven't used my account for over a week, and upon reviewing the transaction history, there were no recent activities. The account is now in the negative by $[redacted] and some change. I am unsure as to why or how this occurred. If any withdrawals were made from my account, I request for them to be reversed. As a precaution, I have already blocked my card, updated my account password, and intend to request a new card once I am back home next month.
