I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received for my Apple iPhone. The issues I am experiencing are as follows: 1) my iPhone is freezing, the touchpad is not responsive, and many apps are malfunctioning; 2) If Reliance Retailer is not an authorized service center, as stated in the documentation, why did they accept my phone for servicing?; 3) Despite being told my phone was at the Apple service center in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, I was later informed that it was transferred to Bangalore by the Reliance Retailer. This problem has occurred before, and while previously resolved by Reliance Retailer, the same issues have resurfaced. I urgently need a resolution to this matter and request a temporary replacement phone to prevent disruption to my work.

I recently received a bank notification about a payment withdrawn from my account on 22.04.[redacted]. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this transaction due to the account being overdrawn at the time. I did not receive any prior communication from the bank or your site regarding this payment. The bank is now charging me additional fees for the overdrawn amount, which is causing financial difficulties for me. Living in Minsk, Belarus, the current situation in my country has added to my financial struggles. I lost my job during the pandemic and the average monthly income here is very low. I kindly request urgent contact from your side as my bank is threatening legal action if the outstanding amount is not settled. I am having trouble verifying my account on my new 27” iMac. During setup, I created both a cloud password and an account password. However, when I tried to update my iMac with the latest iMovie, none of my new passwords were accepted, and I received a message saying my account was not verified. I believe I may be suspended at this point. I sent an email expressing my disappointment, but I am unsure if it was received or if anyone will respond. I am incredibly disappointed with this situation.

I recently purchased the new iPhone 12 Pro Max. After setting it up, I realized I seem to have two Apple IDs on the device. I got locked out of some apps due to forgetting the password for one of the IDs. I attempted to reset the password, and a passcode was sent to my email. However, when I tried to proceed, it requested my credit card information. The system displayed the last 4 digits of an old card, and even after updating it with my current card, it insists on the old card details. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the information for the old card, leaving me unable to access my apps.

I have contacted Apple numerous times, spending hours on the phone, attempting to address the excessive heating and screen flashing issues on my MacBook Pro while simply browsing the internet. Despite a previous repair at the Apple Store yielding no improvement, the problems persist. Could you investigate the case history, review my numerous attempts to resolve this issue, and consider replacing my laptop due to the ongoing issues? Alternatively, replacing the battery and refurbishing the laptop would be greatly appreciated.

Today, my Apple account got disabled on the iTunes Store and App Store. The reason behind this was that I spoke with my bank about a charge that neither I nor my mother made, without contacting Apple first. Instead of reaching out to understand the situation, my account was just disabled. I was warned that if this occurs again, my account could be disabled permanently. I want to clarify that I didn't initiate contact; my bank reached out to me regarding a mysterious purchase. They didn't disclose details but asked about the transaction. I was never informed it was related to Apple or instructed to speak with them. Disabling my account without verifying my actions first was unfair. Threatening to deactivate my account permanently without confirming the situation was unjust. As a loyal paying customer, I deserve respect and proper communication from Apple. Disabling accounts without cause and using scare tactics is not how customer service should operate. Apple's actions left me dissatisfied and undervalued as a customer.

I recently purchased a new MacBook and sent in my older one for trade-in. However, my order information page was not updated for a considerable amount of time. After contacting Apple, I was transferred to various departments and eventually informed that my MacBook was sent for battery replacement due to a recall. I then received two conflicting emails; one stated Apple had not yet received my MacBook for trade-in, while the other mentioned that they would send a new trade-in box. Upon visiting the order website today, I noticed that the trade-in value had decreased from $[redacted] to $[redacted] due to a claimed dent in the rear glass or enclosure. There was no dent on the MacBook when I sent it in, and if there is one now, it might have occurred during the battery replacement. I am unable to respond via email as there is no contact provided. I am requesting the full $[redacted] as the dent was not caused by me.

I believe someone is trying to hijack my account for promoting inappropriate content. They have gained access multiple times despite my efforts to recover it and create new accounts. My email has been compromised, and creating new ones hasn't helped. The hacker may be exploiting Google and Apple developer tools as my information is linked to these platforms. I have invested a lot of time and effort into my account, primarily for music production, which I've been doing for over six years without any prior issues. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this ongoing problem.

We bought three iPhone 11s, and two of them have charger cords that are breaking off inside the phones. We have to use tweezers to remove the stuck pieces, or we can't charge our phones. These cords came with the iPhones when we bought them in early May [redacted]. I believe Apple should provide new chargers at no cost to replace the broken ones. Please help with this issue.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement from Apple.com. I am concerned if there has been a chargeback made to my bank account.
