My Xbox has issues with the optical connection affecting the sound and picture quality. Despite contacting customer service, Square insurance, and Xbox, I haven't found a solution. Confusion arose about the warranty, as it was mentioned as a year in an email from Anton Online, but Xbox denied it for being refurbished. The customer service experience has been frustrating, and I am seeking either a replacement Xbox or repairs as I rely on it for work. A phone call to discuss a resolution would be appreciated since reaching out to various channels has been challenging. There seems to be a miscommunication between parties involved, and I hope to resolve this matter promptly to have my Xbox functioning properly again.

I ordered an Xbox Series X bundle set to arrive on Friday, 12/18/20. However, UPS mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address. The personal driver did not secure a signature or a photo of the package left at the front door. The only "proof of delivery" provided is a document stating it was left at the front door. Despite my efforts to resolve this with UPS, they could not locate the package after their investigation. Each time I reach out, I receive the same delivery confirmation. UPS advises waiting 10-14 days for further updates, yet tracking shows no progress. Customer service just creates tickets without resolving the issue. I feel stuck in a cycle of waiting. Should I consider disputing the charge with my bank?

I recently purchased an HP laptop that included a year of Microsoft [redacted] Personal. I managed to install it, but unfortunately, I am missing the product key. HP claims it should be in the box, but I cannot find it. I spoke with a representative through Walmart, and they promised to send another Microsoft [redacted], but I have not received any further communication. I have sent a few emails but have not had any success. This software is essential for my schoolwork, and I am quite frustrated as I already paid for the laptop, which was supposed to include the free Microsoft [redacted]. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
