I submitted a life claim following the passing of my husband on September14, [redacted]. He designated me as the beneficiary. Despite the passage of months since September 14, [redacted], we have not received any communication or Death Benefit from American National. I have submitted two Life Claims with all the necessary documents but have not been able to reach anyone in customer service for assistance. I will resend the life claims with the required documents until I receive the support I need. It is frustrating that we are struggling to access the help we require for our family during this difficult time. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have not been able to connect with anyone for assistance. My husband was not only my partner but also a beloved family member, and our three boys have lost their father. We are in urgent need of the death benefit he set up as a lump sum payment, and we are still waiting.
