My support dog, Thiago, a medium-sized Goldendoodle also trained as a therapy dog, has prior flying experience and is well-behaved and comforting. He plays a crucial role in enabling me to travel and visit my son. I intend to provide documentation such as my handicapped ID, Thiago's training certificate, and vaccination records. Upon arriving on AA flight 51 from London to DFW, my husband and I experienced a mix-up with his luggage. Another passenger mistakenly took his identical-looking suitcase which was left at DFW for a connecting flight to Midland. Despite being told it would be delivered the same day, we are still waiting for it. Unfortunately, it contains his medication and clothing needed for an important business meeting in Richardson before we head back to Tulsa. The website tracking provided is not working, and we are frustrated by the lack of communication and assistance from AA. We hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Martha Ort

Our flight from Minneapolis to Miami at 19:05 this morning was delayed due to maintenance issues. We were held on the tarmac or at the gate for 5 hours before American Airlines eventually canceled all flights, including ours, to the Virgin Islands (Flight [redacted]). At Miami airport, we have been waiting in line for 7 hours to rebook our flight, with only 4 staff members assisting close to [redacted] passengers. We spent $[redacted] on dinner and are now sleeping in the airport, despite having a $[redacted]/night Vrbo accommodation in St. Thomas. Unfortunately, they just announced that there are no more hotel or meal vouchers available. We are tired, frustrated, and believe we deserve compensation for this experience. As a frequent American Airlines flyer, I am shocked by the inefficiency of the entire process.

My family and I got bumped from an international flight on June 18, [redacted], from Tokyo Narita. We had to stay overnight and received no compensation. We were rebooked to Chicago O'Hare instead of Dallas Fort Worth, where we were denied boarding and had to drive to our final destination in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. I am missing a ziplock bag containing my makeup and perfume from my trip. I departed on Wednesday, June 8, and arrived on Thursday, June 9, at 10 PM EST after a 29-hour flight. Hello, I am experiencing a complicated issue with my flight purchase. Initially, I attempted to buy a flight using a Klana one-time card. The flights I tried to book were not confirmed for my travel dates and were on a request basis with Royal Maroc. Eventually, it was impossible to confirm a flight for my connection through Casablanca. I had to select a new return date over the phone to guarantee a connection, which required me to pay the new total amount using my personal Visa card, as the one-time card amount could not be credited toward the new fare. The total exceeded $[redacted]. Subsequently, I had to cancel the entire trip because the dates were not suitable. Now, there is confusion with Klana as they believe the card was charged and used towards the refunded amount, but I was told the Klana card was not charged due to the unconfirmed flights. I seek assistance and clarification on this matter as I am concerned I may have been charged twice for the ticket and only refunded once.

Even though eDreams mentioned contacting American Airlines about the issue last week, I have yet to receive any updates. I experienced issues when American Airlines failed to enter the correct trip credit number on my AA Advantage account, leading to a higher seat price as I tried to re-enter it multiple times. Despite spending 6 hours on hold without a resolution, the first agent did not help. When I spoke to a supervisor named either "Althea" or "Arleith," they insulted me by calling me a racist and abruptly ended the call when I asked about their accent. I believe I deserve a complimentary flight for the time I spent on the phone and the inappropriate behavior directed at me. It was frustrating to be accused of something unjustly and then be hung up on after such a long wait.

I recently had a flight from Ronald Regan to JFK to Doha to KTM on June 19th around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, upon landing in KTM airport, my checked luggage was missing. During check-in at Ronald Regan airport, there seemed to be an issue with my passport number being mistakenly entered by a female American Airlines employee, causing delays. This employee was rude, possibly racially motivated, and even demanded an additional $[redacted] for luggage despite my ticket allowance. This experience was incredibly stressful, and I had to go through extra security checks at JFK due to mishandling of my hand luggage. Upon reaching KTM, my luggage was still missing, holding valuable items and gifts for my family worth around $10,[redacted]. Despite numerous calls, American Airlines has been unable to locate my luggage, severely impacting my trip. I am considering legal action due to this severe negligence.

I had a distressing experience with American Airlines and JetBlue desk reservations on June 15 at San Antonio Airport. Our vacation was marred by four days of delays, with conflicting information and repeated flight changes causing us to miss connecting flights and spending hours at the airport trying to reach our destination. I have lost my baggage and have been tracking it. Unfortunately, it seems like my baggage didn't make it onto my last two flights due to a cancellation and a rebooking. I suspect it might still be in London. I tried reporting it at the airport in Hamburg but couldn't find any staff to assist me. The airline's web form requires reporting after 5 days of the baggage being missing, but my situation is different as it wasn't even registered for the most recent flights. I attempted to book a flight for my wife and a minor child who is not ours. During the call, the AA representative mistakenly booked tickets for me and the child under record locator LXLBNH. After contacting AA to fix the error, my ticket was canceled as it was non-transferable, leaving the minor child under the original locator (LXLBNH) and a new reservation was created for my wife (record locator JZCGGL). However, when attempting to check-in, the minor child is labeled as an "unaccompanied minor" and I am unable to check him in online. I have been instructed to check him in at the airport, but he is not traveling alone, and I lack the necessary forms and IDs for unaccompanied travel.
