Allianz Insurance (Australia) Customer Service Issues

Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of my father regarding a CTP greenslip he purchased from your company. Services NSW does not have a record of this transaction, creating confusion. Upon attempting to renew online, I noticed the greenslip was listed with Services NSW; however, my father needed to switch to pension registration. Following this change, the CTP greenslip seems to have vanished, leaving his vehicle unregistered. Even Services NSW is puzzled by this issue. I experienced a workplace injury on November 3, [redacted], and informed my employer on November 8, [redacted]. I received forms from Allianz in late January [redacted], which I promptly filled out and submitted to my employer on the same day. Despite not receiving any further communication from Allianz, I reached out to them on February 28 through their online form, but have not received any response or acknowledgment of my message. Allianz mandates that I provide them with a workers' compensation report from my GP monthly. During my third GP appointment, I was informed by the receptionist that Allianz had canceled the appointment without providing any explanation. I have not been contacted by Allianz regarding this cancellation or the reason behind it. The only correspondence I have received from them was the letter containing the claim forms in late January [redacted].
