Alhambra Customer Service Issues

It has been a month since six large jugs of water were left at our front door by mistake. We are not customers of this company. Despite several attempts to contact them by phone, with long waiting times over 15 minutes, I emailed them two weeks ago through this platform but received no response. Finally, on August 3, I spoke to a representative and was assured the items would be picked up by the area manager. However, a week has passed, and the jugs are still here. Today, after calling again, another message was allegedly sent to the manager, Michael L., at [redacted], but he has not responded to calls made on Monday. The issue seems to be with him, as there has been no action taken. As they are obstructing our entrance, I asked for them to be removed by the end of business day on Wednesday, August 14, marking my seventh request for assistance.
