I recently contacted about a necklace I gave my granddaughter for her birthday in February. The chain has become very dark. I received an email offering to exchange it with a return label, which I accidentally deleted before printing. I ordered it online without an order number, but the customer service representative located my order - a blue crystal on a silver chain. Could you kindly send me another return label?
