I am experiencing ongoing issues with Brinks disconnecting from Alarm.com. Recently, I contacted alarm.com, but they were unable to connect to our system, and Brinks claims I don't have an account with them. Dealing with Brinks customer service has been extremely frustrating. Initially, I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support and technical assistance to resolve the problem, which reoccurred. Today I attempted to address the problem through chat and phone but was unsuccessful. I am looking for any contacts at Brinks who can help rectify the issues with my account and improve the situation.
