Unfortunately, upon arriving at the Orlando Airport five to six hours before our flight, we were shocked to discover our return tickets had been canceled. Multiple attempts at resolving this issue by contacting Delta, WestJet, and Airmiles were fruitless, with all parties directing blame towards each other. Eventually, we were only offered a new flight on February 28, [redacted], leaving us stranded in Orlando for additional days. My husband's name is Warner F. I would like to utilize the cash rewards from this card for my online grocery orders at Metro. Due to my disabilities as a senior, I mainly shop online for groceries. However, I have only been able to access the rewards by shopping in-store at Metro. I reached out to Metro's head office for assistance, but they directed me to contact Air Miles. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Air Miles despite leaving a message for a call back. I am looking for guidance on how to apply my accumulated Air Miles cash rewards to my online purchases at Metro to avoid losing money.

I have a flight booked from St. John’s, NL to Fredericton, NB using Airmiles for August 9th to 17th. I need to cancel as I now need to fly to Halifax with my mom from August 16th to 26th. Hello, my name is Duan Wang. I booked a round trip with airmiles from Saskatoon to New Orleans for July 26 to 31. My airmiles Confirmation # is LKHMW7F, and my west jet Confirmation # is HSG2XI. When I checked in online the night before my flight, I discovered that my first name was mistakenly entered as Duanms instead of Duan. I contacted west jet, and they informed me that I needed to pay USD389 to correct the error or I wouldn't be allowed to board the plane. I reluctantly paid the amount to ensure I could fly the next day. Although I reached out to west jet customer service and airmiles multiple times, I have not been able to resolve this issue. I believe I should not have been charged CAD500 for a mistake that was not my own. I have documentation from airmiles showing my name was correct when I made the booking. I am having trouble reaching an ambassador for assistance. Despite multiple attempts over four days, I waited on hold for 1-4 hours each time only to have the call disconnected on their end. This has caused issues with arranging my travel plans. The service experience has been extremely poor. I tried to set up a call back but encountered errors due to the system malfunctioning. Airmiles should improve their callback process as having a glitchy system that disconnects calls after such long waits is unacceptable.

I recently booked a return flight from Vancouver to Calgary with Dream airmiles on 23-10-03. However, I accidentally selected the wrong return flights for January 2. The flights in error are WJ#[redacted] from Calgary to Edmonton and WJ#[redacted] from Edmonton to Vancouver with confirmation GLHAZH. The flight I intended to book is the non-stop West Jet [redacted] from Calgary to Vancouver. My collector number is 8[redacted]. I've been waiting on hold for an hour and a half now. I have a flight scheduled for tomorrow morning that I need to cancel due to being unwell with Covid-19. I attempted to contact Air Miles Customer Service, including the ONYX customer service line as an ONYX member, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach them. I am concerned about potentially losing my miles if I am unable to cancel my booking. The flight reference number is K5T703LA. It is discouraging when emergencies arise and there is no way to easily reach Air Miles Travel, especially when airlines can typically accommodate these situations promptly.

I recently booked a reward flight from Calgary to Dallas for November 18th or 19th, [redacted]. However, I was informed by a representative that the flight was changed to stop in Minneapolis before continuing to Dallas, arriving at 5:30 PM. I did not receive an email regarding this change, and I also misplaced my Air Miles card during the booking process.
