My flight from Israel to Tel Aviv on Saturday, June 3rd, has been rescheduled to Sunday the 4th, which conflicts with an important event I need to attend.
I am requesting to be rebooked on the earlier flight scheduled for the 3rd and also seeking compensation for this inconvenience.

I appreciate the assistance previously. I had booked a return flight from SFO to LIS for my grandson, who couldn't use the seat as his parents didn't have a car seat with them. Consequently, AirFrance canceled his seat, and the parents traveled with him on their lap. AirFrance assured a full refund for the baby's seat, and the parents paid a fee for the lap travel. I came across a Malaga to Los Angeles ticket on EaseMyTrip.co.uk, with an arrival time in LA at 13:30, which worked well with my meetings. I purchased the ticket by card and received booking confirmation after a 40-minute hold. Despite being informed that the flight was no longer available, the agent offered an alternative flight at no extra charge, which I accepted as I was leaving the next day. However, upon consulting my LA attorney, I realized the new flight's timing didn't align with my appointments. EaseMyTrip suggested an earlier flight for an additional £[redacted], which I couldn't afford. I am urgently in need of my misplaced luggage. During my flight from Paris to Florence last Thursday, my bags went missing. I promptly reported this at the airport under reference number FLRAF49074 for flight AF0083-14/AF1566-15. I took the necessary steps by contacting AirFrance to have the bags delivered to my residence at 27 Via Della Colonna. Despite assurances from the airport, the bags have not arrived. I booked a ticket through the Egyptian Air France website. The prices were shown in Egyptian currency, but my credit card was actually charged in USD. As a result, my bank imposed a 10% foreign currency conversion fee. Air France Egypt confirmed that the booking was in Egyptian currency, yet my bank statement shows the transaction settled in USD. This discrepancy has caused unexpected charges on my credit card, which is unacceptable.

I use a BiPAP machine due to frequent breathing interruptions during sleep. Currently, my BiPAP bag occupies a significant space in my carry-on. I am unsure if there are travel-sized accessories available for BiPAP machines. I am wondering if I can bring my BiPAP on board to stow it above my carry-on suitcase, even if I don't plan to use it during the flight. I am exploring travel options but have not found suitable solutions for BiPAP machines, which are larger than CPAP machines.

My connecting flight from Paris to Tbilisi was missed due to a delay in my Toronto to Paris flight. I urgently request AirFrance to arrange a direct flight to Tbilisi on Sunday, July 9 at 15:50. Although initially informed that Georgian AirWays handles this route, upon checking, it is clear that both Georgian AirWays and AirFrance operate it jointly. I am open to quick connecting flights through European hubs on the morning of July 9 to reach Tbilisi or Batumi by the afternoon or early evening. The flight voucher provided through Baltic Airline is not a viable option due to the delay it entails.
My experience at Paris Airport worsened due to the flight mishap, as my baggage was misplaced, and it took hours to locate. Additionally, issues with the hotel voucher and shuttle service added to my distress, leaving me stranded overnight in the airport without access to basic amenities. This situation has not only affected my travel plans, resulting in missed business meetings in Tbilisi and Batumi scheduled for July 9, but also threatens important investment opportunities and contracts.
I appeal for immediate assistance from AirFrance to address these flight disruptions, provide suitable alternatives, and lessen the emotional toll of these events.

I would like to share my experience with the cabin design on Air France Flight [redacted]. My spouse and I booked Premium Economy seats for our trip from CDG to DFW on July 14th. We were assigned seats 11A and 11C on an Airbus A350. I immediately felt the cabin was more crowded than other Air France flights I have been on, with narrower aisles. When the passenger in front of me reclined their seat, I felt almost trapped due to the minimal clearance between the seat and the immobile armrest. To measure the space accurately, I used a book cover and marked a point where I estimated the gap. Later, with a ruler, I measured the distance to be 16.5 cm, smaller than the length of my hand. This tight space made it extremely difficult for my legs to maneuver. I had to navigate like an acrobat to reach the aisle seat for restroom visits. I suggest that Air France redesign the seating to provide more room when seats are reclined. Limiting the recline angle or reducing the number of seats in this section would greatly enhance passenger comfort and safety.

Dear Lufthansa team,
We left Budapest on March 13. Upon arrival in Frankfurt at 7:55 a.m., there was no wheelchair service provided despite us ordering it with the flight.
We had to walk a long corridor and stairs on foot.
We waited for assistance for about two hours in the courtyard (for the ordered wheelchair service).
After a five-hour journey, a young black boy finally came and left us there.
Then an older man took pity on us and pushed both of us to the plane simultaneously.
We had to board the plane on foot again, with no assistance offered.
Midway home, the plane to Orlando departed with a two-hour delay!
It was 7 a.m., and they claimed the delay was due to weather conditions.
The Frankfurt-Budapest connection naturally disappointed us, the connecting flight (Frankfurt-Budapest) did not wait due to the delay!!!
We were rerouted from Frankfurt to Hamburg. Again, no assistance was provided here.
I shouted that our flight was in 10 minutes, and no one came.
My husband can barely walk 2 meters, we didn't even have the chance to board the plane.
A woman intervened due to the commotion and pushed my husband, but I had to walk there.
I felt like I was dying because I had to run and walk a long distance. Of course, they didn't even help me board the plane, I had to walk another long corridor and wait on the tarmac. That was in Frankfurt.
For me, the distances were too long to walk.
The flight to Hamburg was delayed, and since it was 1 hour to the airport, we almost missed the connecting flight to Budapest (less than 5 minutes)!
But there was a kind Spanish boy who ran and pushed both of us!
This meant we arrived home at 20:30 instead of 14:00.
The person who was supposed to pick us up waited for 6 hours at Budapest airport because we had to go to Miskolc, which is about [redacted] km away!
I am curious how you plan to compensate us, or should we consult a lawyer?
Our expectation: Refund - one-third of the flight price.

On July 29th, [redacted], I traveled from Ouagadougou to Charles De Gaulle Paris. Our departure was delayed from [redacted] PM to [redacted] PM with flight DL [redacted]. After a seemingly successful booking, an email was received regarding specific formalities for travel to, from, or through the United States, including the need for regulatory information and a short-stay visa for entry into the Schengen area if there are transfers in multiple Schengen countries or airports. As she will be flying from Abuja to France before continuing to Minneapolis, I seek guidance on completing the booking successfully and understanding the required information and processing time to ensure she arrives by August 25th for her Master's program in Minot, North Dakota, with classes starting on August 21st.
