I received a defective heat press from Heatpressnation and I would like to return it. They mentioned they need to verify if it is truly defective before approving the return, which seems like a delay tactic. The return policy is 30 days, and I don't recall any fine print requiring their approval for the return. My financing is arranged through your company. While I don't want to cause any delays, I may have to involve credit protection agencies if this issue persists. Can you assist me with this matter?

Hello, my name is Melanie Brown. I've realized that my mother's name, Marie Peterson, is mistakenly appearing on my denied application. My mother passed away a couple of years ago. I'm looking to restart my application with my name. My mother lived with me, and we shared a phone, which is registered under my husband's name, Garrick Brown. I believe it was her attempting to apply for a loan. I have never applied before, but I want to verify if I can submit an application under my own name, Melanie Brown.

I'm interested in purchasing a ticket to return to the U.S. through ASAP Tickets. They mentioned the option of financing the ticket over time and recommended contacting your company. I'm currently in the Philippines and need to reach Mississippi. If you could assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. I can only communicate via email at the moment. Thank you for your attention to my message. - Bobby P. Tadlock Jr.

I am a new customer who placed an order for a TV at Walmart for $[redacted].44 yesterday. Today, I found the advertisement for the TV I originally wanted and placed an order for that as well. Now, I am unable to locate the order for the second TV and I am concerned. I intend to call Walmart to cancel one of the orders if necessary, but I really need assistance in tracking down the second order to ensure I still receive a TV. Resolving this issue is important as I hope to use the remaining funds for Christmas. Thank you for your help. M.

I tried to purchase an open-box Apple Watch series 4 from Best Buy using Affirm twice. The first attempt was on December 17th. Today, on the 23rd, I discovered that both orders were canceled. After the first cancelation, I ordered another one, paying slightly more. However, Best Buy canceled it too. I have not received refunds for either order. I want to buy a different Apple Watch in-store now, but my credit limit is tied up with the pending orders. If I can get a refund processed, I can get the watch today as it was meant to be a Christmas gift.

I have a credit on my Affirm account that I forgot to use when making reservations at Great Wolf Lodge. I believed I could still use my Virtual card, but it is not appearing. I have already checked in, and the lodge is allowing 24 hours for you to contact them and link the accounts. I need assistance promptly because I am also covering the expenses for my sister and her family checking in tomorrow. Thank you for your help. -Aaron Colley Affirm User in Good Standing

I ordered 3 dirt bikes from Killer Motorsports which were guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, but they never showed up. Despite my attempts to contact them through calls and emails, there has been no response. I waited at my warehouse until late in the evening for the delivery that never came, causing me to miss Christmas Eve dinner with loved ones. This experience has greatly upset me as a loyal customer of Affirm, who should reconsider their association with such an unreliable company. I kindly request that Affirm does not charge my bank account for this purchase and that a manager contacts me directly. My phone number is [redacted]. Thank you. - M.W.

I am finding it a bit challenging to explain, but when I applied for the loan, we had recently completed a chapter 7 bankruptcy, so I assumed everything was in order. Upon discussing other matters with my attorney, they discovered some unresolved issues and advised us to cease making any payments. Despite my desire to maintain a positive payment record, I was instructed not to pay on the new account that was opened. Fast forward five months, and the attorney informed us that we were unable to convert our bankruptcy. Although I recently paid $[redacted] for affirmation, I am eager to understand how I can rectify this situation. Is it possible for us to restart the loan? I realize this may be a lot to ask, but we are running out of options as we need to catch up on three other accounts, including our vehicle payments. Our goal is to find a solution to settle our debts and fulfill our obligations correctly.

I'm a current customer trying to check what I pre-qualify for. When I attempted to connect my checking account, I received a message saying to "connect active checking account." Even though my account is already connected, I chose my bank again as prompted, only to be told it's already connected. Despite this, I can't proceed to check my pre-qualification. I noticed a few weeks ago there was an amount displayed when I logged in. Can someone assist me in finding out how to check what I pre-qualify for?

While using the Walmart app, I came across a feature called “monthly payment plan” through Affirm that caught my attention. Upon entering my phone number and a verification code to check if I prequalify, I was instantly denied. What concerns me the most is the way my FICO score and personal information were accessed solely based on my phone number without further verification like my address. I find this method invasive and am unsure about the accuracy of the information. It was alarming that they could access my credit information without explicit permission or explanation. The process did not clearly state the implications of clicking “prequalify” and only prompted for a phone number without any additional consent. This experience has left me feeling like my privacy was compromised without proper disclosure.

I bought a home security system from Abode with installation services. I received an email indicating a deduction from my checking account. Unfortunately, the technician didn't arrive for the appointment, and despite my numerous attempts with emails and calls, they haven't responded. I have decided to cancel my order with Abode and don't want any further payments withdrawn from my account. Please ensure that all payments related to this are stopped. Thank you, Patricia Doyle, 1 Sheffield Cir., Albany NY [redacted].

Today, I went on Expedia to book a trip for two from Dallas, TX, to Dubai. I selected the hotel, flights, excursions, and insurance, and chose to pay using Affirm. I was directed to Affirm's site, where I made a payment of $53 due today. After confirming the payment was deducted from my account, I expected to receive a confirmation email with my trip details, but I haven't received anything yet. Please assist me in ensuring my trip is successfully booked. Thank you. - Coneatra Watkins - [redacted] - [redacted]

I called yesterday at 4:17 PM Pacific Time to make a payment on my account. I encountered a very rude lady named Amanda on the call. Despite providing my home phone number initially and mentioning I could also provide my cell phone number if needed, she abruptly stated that if I couldn't provide my number confidently, she couldn't assist me. When I expressed my intention to simply make a payment, her response was unprofessional, threatening to end the call due to my tone. In my years of being a satisfied customer, I have never experienced such poor customer service. I kindly request that the appropriate individuals review the call around 4:17 PM and address this behavior. Please contact me via email or phone. I recently applied for Affirm using my phone number and was denied based on a credit score of [redacted], which actually belongs to my daughter, not me. My credit score is [redacted]. When verifying the information on my phone, my daughter's name appeared instead of mine. Is there an alternative way to confirm my credit score without involving my daughter's information? I am concerned about why her credit was accessed without her consent. I would prefer to proceed with Affirm using my own credit score. Thank you for your assistance.

I was approved for a vacation package on travelocity.com, but the price changed, and my new payment was declined. They offered payment options with a $50.03 down payment, which I made using my debit card. However, the purchase did not go through, and I did not receive confirmation of the package. Now, the $50.03 payment is on my affirm account. I need the payment refunded and the loan removed from my account.

I received approval for about half of the requested amount. I proceeded with the checkout process for my vacation package through Expedia. Affirm debited $[redacted] from my bank account. Subsequently, I was informed that my application was denied, and my vacation reservation was not confirmed. I am left with insufficient funds to pay for the trip independently due to the unexpected debit. The situation is urgent as this vacation marks a significant occasion before my upcoming surgery. Please resolve this matter promptly by either approving the loan and confirming the booking with Expedia or issuing a refund so I can make the payment myself. Sincerely, T. Cohen

I purchased a 50cc EVO scooter from Powersports Max in California. After they applied the disabled veteran discount post-loan, I wonder if you've been informed about the reduced amount. Could you let me know what my payments will be now? My order number is [redacted]. The Amazon ticket number for the wrong parts issue is [redacted]. They sent me parts meant for larger scooters, not the 50cc ones I need. I've been waiting three days for instructions but haven't heard from them yet. I've had to involve the BBB and Attorney General. Due to the virus, getting replacement parts from China has been challenging. My health issues prevent me from working, especially with the current situation. Public transportation to the workshop for disabled individuals is also affected. I appreciate your cooperation and support during this difficult time. Thank you, Earl Gerd S.

I applied for an Affirm account months ago and was recently denied a purchase. I believe the reason provided for the denial was unfair. When I first used Affirm over a year ago to buy parts for my [redacted] Hummer H3, my application was accepted. Since then, my credit has greatly improved. However, my recent application was rejected with the reason being simply "that was then, this is now". I am disappointed with this response and doubt I will use Affirm again. There are plenty of other companies to consider instead of Affirm. If you are considering using Affirm, I recommend exploring other options.

I want to clarify that Affirm is not responsible for the issues I experienced with Amazon that led to my order cancellations. Every person at Affirm I spoke to was pleasant and patient. I received a refund from Asurion for Order [redacted]-[redacted] and Order [redacted]-[redacted]. I had trouble canceling an order with Order [redacted]-[redacted] due to Amazon's repeated requests to resubmit the purchase, resulting in multiple charges. I am working to ensure Affirm is fully reimbursed. The Seller should contact me in 48 hours to arrange the return of the funds to Affirm. Elsa was helpful, and I am waiting for confirmation of the cancellations and the refund timeline. I will keep you updated on any developments. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved soon.
