I have tried to contact Aeroplan via their toll-free number twelve (12) times since Thursday, August 5. I need to change my flight from YYZ to SFO from Sunday, August 22 to Sunday, August 29. Unfortunately, Aeroplan does not offer a self-service option for this change, and I must call the toll-free number. Each time I call, I get disconnected after exactly 30 minutes on hold. I believe this issue may be technical, as I am unable to change my flight even though I paid an additional 10k points for a ticket with free change fees. Can someone please assist me with this flight change, or provide me with a different number where I won't be disconnected after 30 minutes on hold?

Hello, I am having trouble reaching an agent and have only been able to interact with the automated system. I attempted to join Aeroplan, but it seems I am already a member as my membership is linked to my CIBC credit card. However, I do not remember my password. Despite providing my house number, seven-digit phone number, and postal code step-by-step, the system has been rejecting my attempts to log in. I have also checked my personal profile page and attempted to input my postal code, but the system keeps indicating that it is incorrect. I am confident that the postal code I entered is accurate, and I am unsure why I am facing this issue. I am eager to access my Aeroplan account to utilize the benefits associated with my CIBC card, especially for my recent $1,[redacted] air ticket purchase. I have been experiencing issues accessing my Aeroplan account online for about two years now. Previously, I had to visit a TD bank for assistance in signing in due to repeated password errors. With the old website, I was unable to log in successfully despite changing my password multiple times and encountered a grayed-out message. The new website allows me to enter my username, but I still face password validation problems. When attempting to reset my password, the loading symbol spins endlessly. I have tried contacting Aeroplan and Air Canada customer service without success, leaving me frustrated as a loyal member since [redacted] with nearly 70,[redacted] points. The inability to manage my points is unacceptable and I feel completely locked out of the system. I had a temporary fix two years ago, but the issue persists. I am having difficulties accessing my Aeroplan account, which is linked to my former employer, CIBC. Since my retirement on May 1, [redacted], I have been unable to view my account details or update my profile. I have around 95,[redacted] points that I would like to confirm. I recently updated my email address, and now I can't receive the verification code to access my Aeroplan account. I've tried contacting customer support but haven't had any luck. I need to update my email address to receive the verification code and would like assistance with that. I don't have my PIN handy, and if I do, I can't recall it. Speaking to a live customer service representative would help resolve this issue promptly.

On October 2, [redacted], I made a reservation for two Business Class reward flights from YYC to CPH, round trip, utilizing two different Aeroplan accounts by contacting the Aeroplan Call Centre. My Aeroplan number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], the reservation reference is 3Y5WC6, and the ticket number is [redacted][redacted], with travel dates from June 2 to June 18, [redacted]. As the flights are all with Lufthansa, I was informed that seat selection had to be handled directly with Lufthansa. Upon calling the provided number 1-[redacted], I spoke with Shaun Russell at extension [redacted], who insisted on a significant fee for seat selection. He also pushed for Travel Insurance, quoting a high price but lowering it to $[redacted] per person for Business Class travelers. Unhappy with his approach, I pursued seat selection through Aeroplan online successfully with no extra fees. This incident calls for clarification to Aeroplan Call Centre agents about seat selection options for non-Air Canada flights and a review of Shaun Russell's behavior.

After waiting for 6 weeks, I have yet to receive my new cards from Aeroplan. Their response, asking me to wait longer, left me dissatisfied. They did not provide a valid reason for the delay or offer any solutions. Despite being on hold and waiting, I made no progress with them. The poor handling of this simple issue has given me a negative impression of Aeroplan. Their inadequate response speaks volumes about the level of service I can expect in the future. I am now considering parting ways with Aeroplan.

I recently signed up for an Aeroplan account and have a couple of questions: 1. How can I link my account to the LCBO to avail of the bonus points? I can't seem to find the option to link them. 2. How can I request Aeroplan cards to keep the number handy in my wallet? I would like to request 2 cards but I couldn't find an option to do so. Thank you, J. It would be helpful if they had a more efficient system like offering a live chat option to improve customer service.

I needed to modify a flight booked with Aeroplan points. I called 1-[redacted], as instructed on the AC website. They confirmed they could change the flight but mentioned an additional fee of $[redacted].40 or $[redacted] US, with no points refund. The contact's email is [redacted] and payment is to be made to arccorp.com. Can someone verify the legitimacy of these details? Also, should I not receive an Aeroplan rebate? Looking to clarify this. This morning, I had trouble with the app at my local LCBO. Despite attempting it a few times, the app didn't work, and I had to proceed with my purchase due to the long line. I am seeking assistance to credit the points for that transaction. I reached out to one number on the website only to be directed to another number. Subject: Request for Refund of Aeroplan Miles and Flight Fees - Air Canada Booking Reference: 2JAJVI Dear Airline Representative, I am writing to request a refund and redeposit of the Aeroplan miles used for the Air Canada flight with the booking reference 2JAJVI on November 21st, [redacted], from Toronto to Houston (Flight AC7719). The cancellation was due to the expiration of our Covid rapid test, as explained by the Air Canada agent at the baggage drop-off. Attached is the email notification of the flight delay which caused this issue. Despite having checked in online and received our boarding passes, we were unable to board as our Covid test had expired, and we did not have time for a retest. Consequently, we canceled our flight and flew with United Airlines the following day. Air Canada customer service directed us to contact Aeroplan for the refund of the miles used for the booking. Hello! I joined over 5 years ago but never made any transactions. I used a different email and password back then, which I can't remember. I was encouraged by LCBO staff to apply for an Aeroplan card. I redeemed my Aeroplan points for my daughter's flight from Ottawa to London UK on December 20/21. A change in plans led us to Toronto on December 30. My daughter tried to inform Aeroplan that she'd be boarding her connecting flight at Pearson instead of Ottawa, but couldn't reach them due to high call volumes. Upon arrival at Pearson, Air Canada requested $[redacted] to rebook her because she didn't check in at Ottawa. This confusion arose because Air Canada does not communicate with Aeroplan post-booking. Additionally, she paid for an upgrade for extra legroom that wasn't honored. Feeling frustrated, disappointed, and in need of assistance.

Hello! I have a flight booked from Tampa to Toronto on Wednesday, January 5 at 5 PM (booking reference 2uwsah). Due to delays in receiving my PCR COVID test results, I am looking to change my flight to either Thursday, January 6 or Friday, January 7. The labs do not collect samples from pharmacies on Sundays, so my sample may not be processed until Tuesday, which does not leave me with enough time for results given the current backlog. My late husband, Albert (Ab) Truss, may have also had points associated with this card. He has since passed away. I am Darlene Di Cicco, and my husband is Saverio Di Cicco. I attempted to use my buddy pass for a flight from Toronto YYZ to Rome FCO on April 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the buddy pass in my Aeroplan account. I obtained my Aeroplan Visa in July [redacted] and was informed that the buddy pass could be used until May 27, [redacted]. I have been trying to access my profile by logging into Aeroplan from the Air Canada website, but the screen keeps loading endlessly. I also contacted Aeroplan at 1-[redacted], and they requested my previous street address and phone number on file, which I don't recall since I had an Aeroplan account years ago when I resided in Toronto with different contact details. After waiting on hold for a substantial amount of time, I was advised to seek assistance online, which unfortunately was also futile. Help would be greatly appreciated.
